Rubbish Taxi Opiniões

I sent them a WhatsApp message at 8pm, they sent the quote immediately and the piece was collected the next day even without me being present. Everything went smoothly and was very quick

Great service, absolutely no messing about. They showed up earlier than promised and did more than was asked for.

Great service , very quick collection and best value I could find.

I have used this company on many occasions. They are reliable, efficient, and always friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent service. Very professional and on time as they said and priced instantly. Great guys.

No fuss, done it all over Whatsapp,,in less than 24h, would recommend to anyone

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Prompt response to my initial inquiry re a house clearance. Turned up at the agreed date and time. Both guys worked really hard and did a great job in just a couple of hours.

Job done within 24 hours, on time as agreed, easy communication, friendly staff.

Super efficient and super quick. Bravo

Always a pleasure. I’ve used the service at least 30 times over the last 10 years in both commercial and domestic settings. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Agreed 100eur cost by email after sending them photos of some carpets and floorboards. He said 100eur after seeing the photos. My sister had the cash ready but rang me in a panic to say that the cost was at 179 already and they were only half way through. She put him on the phone to me where he told me its done by weight, and the van was half full. I said it was agreed in writing as 100 after sending in photos. Why quote if its done by weight. I said take it all back out then and leave, we'll get the other company that quoted us. He said he would ring his boss, which he did while I was still on the line. They agreed the 100 that I was quoted. I would never use again.

Edit: At no point was weight mentioned in the quote. I was given a quote of €100 based on the 2 photos supplied. Don't quote a figure if you need to weigh it first. You quoted €100 without any mention of weight.

EDIT 2: correspondence took place by email, not WhatsApp. Stop trying to change the facts

They were great to take all the rubbish from the building, and it took two trucks to get everything done.
I would highly recommend!

Very nice collectors, very good service, will recommend. Very efficient, and get the job done

Vadim and Muslim were very polite and considerate, and did a great job very quickly.

I've hired Rubbish Taxi twice now and they've always made themselves available within a day, and were punctuate on the agreed hour. Both of which are very helpful when undergoing larger works in the house.

I contacted this company on Sunday regarding removal of rubbish from my back garden and received a prompt reply, and I was booked in for Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. The guys arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the rubbish removed within minutes and I got the option of paying by cash or card. I have not hesitation in recommending this company, such a prompt and satisfactory service.
