Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a packet of feminine gummies through the Kaufland Marketplace- Ruby Essentials were the seller. According to the Kaufland Marketplace website, my order should arrive July 16-17. It is now July 29 and no product. I reached out to the Kaufland Marketplace customer service and reported the item had not been received by the date indicated on their website. On July 22, my case was closed because Ruby Essentials stated that they sent the product on July 22. Now it is July 29 and I still don’t have my packet. When I looked back on the shipping details for a tracking number, the item was shipped WITHOUT a tracking! So there is no proof that it was ever sent. I had even sent a email inquiry directly to Ruby Essentials a week ago and there has been no response. This is the second attempt I’ve made to order this same product through this same seller and the same problem happened with the first attempt. Fortunately, Kaufland refunded my money the first time. Don’t bother buying anything from this company at all. You’ll never get your product.

We would like to clarify that the parcel was genuinely dispatched but it has experienced repeated delays during the transports. Although these delays are taking place within the carrier’s network, we understand that the responsibility for providing you with a satisfactory solution remains with us.
We have contacted you to provide a full refund. The parcel remains in transit, and if it is delivered later, you may keep it without having to return it.
We also shipped a extra free package, that is how sorry we are for this.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and the lack of clear communication. This is not the service we want to provide, and we hope our proposed solution demonstrates that we take responsibility and genuinely want to resolve this fairly.

After an initial delay in delivery, Essentials tracked the situation and worked to resolve it. I understand that issues can happen, and I appreciate that a prompt resolution was provided. Additionally, they tried to mitigate the issue with a courtesy discount for my next purchase. I still shop at Essentials.

Ik ben erg tevreden over de levering van mijn bestelling bij Ruby Essentials! De website was voor mij nog onbekend maar het pakketje was al snel in huis en het artikel was zorgvuldig en netjes ingepakt. Ik zal hier in de toekomst zeker nog eens bestellen.

Product doesn’t work like it should.
The magnets don’t stick for long enough, even when the skin is 100% clear and clean. This was a gift as well.. Really disappointing :(
They did wrap the package though, that was really cute.

Onze voerbak van de kat besteld maar was kapot gegaan. Contact gehad met de verkoper en bleek het aan de adapter te liggen. Deze nieuw toe gestuurd gekregen en daarna deed die het weer. Goede service

Stop stalking for reviews. This 1 star is based on the shitload of reminders for reviews, not on the product. Just ask people 1 time and leave them alone after that. If they don't want to give a review don't keep mailing them.
Edit: I never said I was happy with the product just that the product is not a 1 star. I might have given the product a 3 star review in the best case. I don't write reviews only if the product is really good or if it's really bad to warn others. With this product I wasn't really happy with it and part of the product (nose stickers) didn't match the packaging and description in the box, which I found annoying. I don't think company's are really happy with a 2 or 3 star review so I do them a favor and don't write one.

Er klopt niet veel van jullie verhaal,
In eerste instantie hebben jullie prima service geleverd, maar jullie wisten ook dat wij de kattenbak van iemand hadden overgenomen, omdat hij te groot was voor hun ,hij was nieuw en zat nog in de verpakking en hij was 2 weken daarvoor bij Ruby Essentials gekocht zie rekening.
En in eerste instantie was dat geen probleem voor jullie, en nu gaan jullie ons bestempelen als oplichters!
Maar nu is hij weer kapot en nu geven jullie niet de garantie, wij hebben verschillende keren gebeld en u aan geschreven op jullie site en nooit een reactie gehad en dan zeggen dat we oplichters zijn denk dat jullie de boel om draaien en dat jullie oplichters zijn!
En nou vragen of we de recensie willen verwijderen, wij verwijderen niks zolang Ruby Essentials niet tot een oplossing komt .Vriendelijke groet van onze poesjes

Een mooi product dat helpt bij snurken tegen te gaan
Een product voor het snurken tegen te gaan met behulp van stickers en 4 neusdilatatoren( beugels)De 1e levering stickers plakte perfect en bleef ook goed zitten.
Nu een 2e levering besteld de stickers laten los, ondanks het reinigen van de huid.
Tip neem eerst contact op met de leverancier 😉
Samen met Ruby-Essentials zijn wij tot een passende oplossing gekomen.

We vinden het jammer dat u ervoor heeft gekozen om uw klacht hier te delen in plaats van rechtstreeks contact met ons op te nemen.
Met uw bericht wordt helaas onze naam en onze verkopen direct negatief beïnvloed. Het feit dat de stickers niet blijven plakken, kan door meerdere factoren worden veroorzaakt. Dit heeft mogelijk niet te maken met de kwaliteit van de stickers zelf, maar met zaken zoals de manier van aanbrengen, de reiniging van het oppervlak, of andere omstandigheden.
Wij nemen echter graag contact met u op om samen een passende oplossing te vinden.

Deze strips gekocht voor mijn neef(je).
Hij zit op boksen en heeft lichte astma en is hem dit aangeraden op de boksschool.
Hij is er heel blij mee en heeft meer adem.
