Disappointed to the Max

I signed up at a time when for the first week it would cost me 7.99. I immediately knew once I started in the app that it wouldn’t work for me. Therefore, I sent an email saying that I wanted my subscription cancelled immediately. I even heard back from them questioning what I didn’t like about the app. I told them that my cancellation had nothing to do with the app not working. I canceled because I’m 68 and for me it was too complicated and I knew that I wasn’t going to be able to get what I needed from them. As of today they are still taking 19.99 out of my account every week. I’ve tried contacting someone and have not had any luck so far. Maybe by submitting this review I’ll hear back from them. Either way I will not stop until I’m reimbursed for all that they’ve charged me other than the original 7.99 fee!

Daniel Tiger Hoodie Size 3T

I ordered the red Daniel Tiger zip up hoodie with ears in size 3T and have never received it, nor have I gotten any updates as to when I will receive it. Now I'm trying to figure out how to contact Ruelily as to whether I am going to receive the hoodie in the correct size or I need to request a refund.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand how disappointing it is to have an order delayed without a clear explanation.

Our security system flagged a discrepancy with the transaction and automatically placed the order on a protective hold. Because this has caused an unusual delay, we have issued a full refund on your behalf. You should see those funds back in your account within [3-5] business days. And, If you would still like to receive these items, please let us know and we can help you set up a new, cleared transaction.

It’s a scam

Purchase a dress that looked beautiful but when it was sent to me it was cheap material so I returned it and they want $185 to do the return that is an absolute rip off. We don’t do that here in America had I known this I would’ve never purchased and I am not paying it. I’ll keep the damn cheap dress. I got my money back cause I made a dispute with my bank but no way am I sending it back for $185 they can go to hell.

Awful customer service, the worst!

I have emailed Ruelily 3 times asking how to do a return…..they still haven’t sent me an answer. The pjs I ordered were not what I expected, very poor quality.
I will never order from this company again!

Very poor communication

Order confirmed on 2/24. As of 3/2, still no notifications that order was shipped. Very poor customer communication!!
