Invisible!
My daughter and I came in the day before your sale. Not one person spoke to us/asked if we needed any help. You were too busy trying on the new season stock and having a coffee with a relative. My daughter tried on her jeans and we took them to the checkout. No pleasantries, didn’t say a word to us. My daughter looked at a tshirt that was on a rail next to the checkout. Only then did the girl at the checkout speak, “they’re not for sale yet” and that was the only communication from anyone in there. This isn’t the only time we have felt the complete lack of customer service and disregard for anyone other than a farmer or someone in the equine business.
I’m afraid we will take our custom elsewhere in future.

The shop has a wide range of clothing, shoes and accessories and I was spoilt for choice. 😊

I first shopped at Rufford’s in Harrogate in April and was so impressed with the staff, the quality of the clothes and overall experience and was happy to hear there was a store in Garstang closer to home.
Again a great experience with helpful staff, a store that is clean and well presented and a great choice of clothing. I will recommend and shop here again.

Great product at a great price. But ordered next day delivery at extra cost which then took 5 days to arrive.

Your order was dispatched from us the following day on the next-day service as requested, but unfortunately it then experienced an unexpected delay within the courier network. We completely understand the frustration, particularly when you had paid extra for next-day delivery.
As you didn’t receive the next-day service you paid for, we’ve refunded the difference between our standard and next-day delivery charges back to your original payment method.
We’re sorry the delivery didn’t match the service you expected on this occasion, and we hope this goes some way towards putting things right.
