Machine handle broken upon picking up the machine

On hiring the machine found that it wasn’t clean, the smell it has left is like cat wee. Also one of the plug pins was bent just about able to use it. Carpet still shrunk after using as instructed.

5 stars for costumer service, 0 stars for the experience. Used rug doctor for the first time. Picked up the machine from Tesco and only when arrived home I noticed that the machine was absolutely filthy, full of pet hair. The containers absolutely stunk of cat urine. Absolutely disgusting. Previous user did not clean the machine properly as indicated in terms and conditions of service use. Called costumer service who issued a refund straight away. Lesson learned for me.

No carpet detergent in store. Had to go somewhere else to find some. Only found a litre. Did 1 room only and had hired for 2 days. The actual machine was great so it was really tescos problem.

Old and dirty machine. Leaked from connectors. Handheld tool barely worked. Had them before but this time it struggles to clean a chair and made a mess all over

Cleaning good but very very heavy to use

The machines are pretty good. There are some Staines that this level of machine can’t tackle but, good for a general freshen up at home.

Easy to use, cleaned the carpet well and not too wet when using the main one. However, extremely wet using the stairs tool.

We have used your company before and this Is because the whole process of hiring, collection the cleaner using it went as described; no hitches.

Very easy collection and drop off. Machine worked well on cream carpets. They look a lot better. The machine is better than the hand held tool so bigger rooms far easier to clean. It does take a lot of soap and refilling regularly but it’s easy enough. We will use again.

Cleaned my carpets really well without too much effort. Was a bit surprised as to how wet the carpets were even after another pass with just the vacuum.

The machine i was given must have been used before to clean up urine and wasn't washed after use. Now my rug and carpet on the stairs stink of urine. I've had to dump an expensive rug and now have to replace the carpet on my stairs. Disgusting!!

The cleaner worked excellent very pleased,.the only negative thing was that the cleaner was extremely dirty when we picked it up it took 2 hours to clean it before we could use it.
