Dan was very helpful from the moment he answered the phone (on a Saturday too) and I am happy with the turn around and quality. I'm a designer and will use Rugs That Fit again!

Good look, sturdy wear / quality, affordable price, superb customer service ... attractive choice on all counts

I love my rug. Soft enough to walk on barefoot, looks really nice, good quality, fits perfectly. All my many questions by email were answered promptly with helpful suggestions.

Thank you!

couldn't be happier! from beginning to end, the entire ordering process was so easy - the design team was super responsive and patient with our custom order (a class gift for the school office): they provided proofs for each and every change; they double checked all the dimensions, giving their professional advice as needed; and continuously updated us on the shipping. the final product was fantastic! thank you so much, now we have a rug company to count on.

Excellent product and timely delivery.

My outdoor rug arrived today! It's fantastic!

Great phone service taking the order. Quick shipment, high quality.

The door mats are beautiful and seem like excellent quality. I think they will last us for a long time. They are perfect for our business.

I ordered a very large custom rug for my back porch. Fit like a glove! Excellent craftsmanship and worth every penny.

I love Rugs That Fit! I bought our first rug last year, and it has held up nicely and still looks great. So, when we needed another rug for another part of our outdoor space, I immediately went to Rugs That Fit. I needed a custom size and braced for a crazy price for asking for a custom size. But, no, the price was very reasonable, about the same as the rugs in the similar size.

It looks great straight out of the packaging, and even lies flat. Highly recommend.

Rugs that fit is awesome! I totally recommend it!

EXCELLENT product, communication, turnaround times and TLC - THANK YOU!

Fabulous!
Great customer service and great product!!

RugsThat Fit is so easy to do business with and they deliver a high quality product.

These guys were so good to me ! Express made and shipped some custom sized rugs to a new store I was opening. Super high quality and exactly what we wanted ! 10 out of 10

The staff at Rugs That Fit were wonderful to work with. They were so helpful, and I received a beautiful rug that was made to my exact specifications. The work was done quickly, and the delivery was extremely fast.

My front doormat is beautiful! Everyone compliments about how great it is. The customer service is wonderful also.

Delivered product did not meet specs
We received a rug that did not meet the specs we had agreed upon in writing. Rugsthatfit.com refused to do anything to rectify the problem even after admitting they made a mistake. They initially said they didn't think we would mind the changes they made and then admitted they made a mistake but still would not remake the rug to originally agreed upon specs and would not offer any refund.

What a great company to do business with! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and the product is top notch! Would absolutely buy from them again!
