Do not be afraid to order

First of all, there is a strong resemblance between the pictures and the actual product. Initially, we were hesitant about committing to an online purchase for an item we would normally prefer to see and touch in person, but in the end we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the carpet we received. It has a good finish, no unpleasant smell, the expected quality, and it was delivered quickly.

Τα χαλιά είναι πραγματικά υπέροχα και σύντομα θα μπορείτε να τα δείτε και σε ένα Airbnb που διαθέτω στα Ιωάννινα, το οποίο ονομάζεται “Melis House”.
Θα ήθελα όμως να παραγγείλω το ροζ χαλί που εμφανίζεται στο site σας, αλλά αυτή τη στιγμή δεν είναι διαθέσιμο για αγορά.
Θα μπορούσατε να με ενημερώσετε πότε υπολογίζετε να είναι ξανά διαθέσιμο στις παρακάτω διαστάσεις;

Ενδιαφέρομαι να αγοράσω και τις δύο διαστάσεις μόλις γίνουν διαθέσιμες.

I ordered two carpets, only one was received

I ordered two carpets.
For some reason they were sent in two different DHL shipments.
The the first was received over two weeks late and the second carpet was not received at all, although I received an email that it was...

Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about the experience with your order.

We fully understand your frustration in receiving the two carpets in separate shipments, as well as the delay with the first parcel and the fact that the second one has not yet arrived despite the delivery confirmation email.

This is not the service standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

We have already escalated the matter with UPS and are actively investigating what happened with the missing shipment. As soon as we receive more information from the carrier, we will update you immediately and make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible.

Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this for you.
