A Decent Experience
A decent experience at Ruka Selfridges for a custom design style. Francesca took her time to answer my questions and make sure the style I wanted would work on my edges.
As mentioned in another review having one person on the stand didn’t work very well & made the experience longer than expected. Also allowed minimal time for a break. A few things to improve the experience for the hairstyles that take longer.
Overall I was happy with my custom design style & would consider returning. Thank you Francesca!

I got my hair done at the Ruka Selfridges stand and was very pleased with the experience. My stylist Faith was very professional and quick and I’m very happy with the style! I’ve used Ruka hair for a while now but this was my first in store experience.
Not quite 5 stars as they didn’t have an adjustable chair which made things uncomfortable for both me and my stylist.

I booked an install with the November…
I booked an install with the November offer. Francesca and Elsie were incredible. I also had a great experience buying the hair and getting booked in with a shop assistant the previous week. My hair looks amazing but they need more staff and support. Francesca and Elsie had both been working back to back with no break. They did a great job but they need to rest!

Fabulous customer service team!
I had to contact customer service after I made an error with the order I had placed. The response time was excellent and Winn who is on the customer service team was exceptionally professional, efficient and polite. My order was shipped within hours of me speaking to Winn and was received the next day. I was so impressed with the service from start to finish!

I ordered the four aye clip ins
I ordered the four aye clip ins. Very nice at first but the hair tangles a lot. I have tried washing them and conditioning them and the hair shedding was intense. The hair gets very matted and had to spend several hours detangling the hair. Further after washing the hair i noticed the clips started removing a black material so they became silver in color. Concerned as to what material was used and wether this even safe for my scalp.
Not sure if i would order again or just stick to ordering from ali express for cheaper hair that lasts longer and doesnt tangle as much.
