Lovely customer service & great quality hair

Lovely customer service. Always keeping me updated when I ask. The hair is so good, had this hair for nearly 6 months and still looks so fresh. Only reason I’m ordering new bundles from LVH is because I want a different closure and different lengths else this hair I have now has months left of use! Been ordering from LVH since 2019, only place for the best weave! Thank you ladies xxxx

I’ve been purchasing from London virgin…

I’ve been purchasing from London virgin hair for around 5 years now and I have never had any issues with the hair. The delivery is always on time and easy to track. The hair itself is always long and a lovely texture. Always very soft and shiny and dosent shed. I recent ordered a 16” and a 18” and the 16” was out of stock. They upgraded it to another 18” for me with no extra charge. I always purchase hair extensions from London virgin hair when I know I want hair that is great quality and lasts !

Not so sure...

The hair arrived and the quality was not what I expected. One bundle was a different colour to the other and the curls looked tired. I arranged a return and the tracking shows - Delivery Attempted - Address Inaccessible. I have emailed them no reply and can not find a number to contact them on. Little bit annoyed because was lead to believe it's a decent company but clearly not.

Amazing service

Royal Mail essential lost my package and the team were very quick with finding a solution and sending me a replacement as soon as possible. (Which was handy as I had a hair appointment for a wedding in a few days) The team were very understanding and accommodating which is not something you get with some companies. There’s a reason why I have been buying hair from this company for years and will continue to. Thank you LVH x

Disappointing change in quality

I have purchased from this company for many years without any complaints or issues.
Customer service has always been excellent and very professional. I recently ordered the deep wave and loose wave hair. Unfortunately, the quality is beyond dreadful, both wefts lasted only 3 weeks, becoming very tangled and matted. I purchased expensive, specially formulated, synthetic hair shampoo and conditioner, which hasn’t helped. A very expensive disappointment, clearly the supplier has changed and there are a lot of customers
with complaints regarding poor quality of hair. I will not buy again from this company.

I’m sooo happy

Nice customer service. The lady messaged me to say the bundles were out of stock and if I wanted to wait for more stock or exchange to a different hair texture. I said I would wait if the hair could arrive in time for my event. I was regularly emailed with updates and was able to get my hair in time which was great!

Unprofessional company.

I ordered hair, only to be told the length is out of stock and that longer lengths were available. I’ve been loyal to LVH for 4 years so I asked if they could provide a complimentary upgrade. Adanna, then says, she has personally checked the stock and their length is out of stock. Shame. I ordered a different hair instead but it never arrived, it got lost in the post. I emailed, no reply, chased her up, she advised Royal Mail will get back in 31days, which is odd, when I called RM, they advised 10days. Since the issue had to be sorted with the support waited for 31 days, no response and I had to chased her for an update. Bearing in mind I have chased several times. She finally gives me a refund.

Given the previous reviews, it seems like the company has a poor habit of listing hair that is out of stock and failing to correct the error. It has become a scam. I won’t be using them again.

Once again, we apologise for the issue with out of stock items. This was a temporary issue with our website which has now been fixed permanently. For this we can only apologise.

As your order was out of stock, we worked together to come to a solution of an alternative hair texture which you were okay with and we sent this out that same day. Unfortunately your order was lost 'in transit' by Royal Mail, which can be confirmed by your tracking number that you were provided with. This is completely out of our hands as we had shipped your order and were only made aware of the issue when you emailed us.

As a business we are required to process a business claim which takes 30 days from the claim date. This information can be found on the royal mail claims page:

We can only apologise for any misleading information regarding claim processing times.

Regarding a refund, if an item is lost via Royal Mail, we have to wait for them to conclude the claim before issuing a refund. In this instance, having chased multiple times, the claim was still unresolved and due to the matter of time taken, we made a decision to refund you to avoid any further inconvenience. On our end the claim is still ongoing. We would never intend to 'scam' any of our customers as we are a reputable business and pride ourself on customer satisfaction.

I placed my order on Friday and got an…

I placed my order on Friday and got an email to say it was out of stock on Monday. I responded back on Wednesday and advised I needed the hair for my birthday so if I wasn’t gonna have it by the next Monday, I wanted to cancel the order. They responded and advised no weave was going to be in stock until at least Monday so I don’t understand why they are taking orders with no stock??? Even looking back on it, you are still able to order? I haven’t received any correspondence since I said I wanted a refund. It’s so hard to get in touch with LVH. I used to swear by them and have always used them so I don’t know what has gone wrong this time. The lack of communication/customer service skills is sad. I have tried to reach out via different platforms and haven’t been able to get through to anyone. I placed my order over a week ago now and my refund still hasn’t been processed nor has anyone contacted me back regarding it. My partner paid for it and his words were ‘have I been scammed by a weave company’. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone anymore.

Regarding the stock; unfortunately sometimes our orders go out quicker than the stock can update! This is a fault in the website which we are getting resolved as soon as possible so no further issues persist. We are sorry you experienced this however this is not a normal circumstance.

Regarding communication, we apologise if you haven’t heard from us. All of our emails have now been responded to from Friday so please do get in touch at info@londonvirginhair.com if you are still awaiting a response.

Regarding a refund, any orders which have not been fulfilled have been refunded and cancelled if agreed with the customer. So please let us know if this hasn’t yet happened.

Change of quality

I brought a closure and 14inch hair it was absolutely poor quality I have been buying hair for sometime from this company and usually quite good. However this time it was dreadful like a synthetic joke shop quality hair. Will not be purchasing again.

Wouldn’t recommend deep wave bundle

I paid £180 for a luxury deep wave bundle. What a waste of money. I had it done & in 1 week it look like a birds nest & was shedding all over the place. On contacting LVH they offered me vouchers(to still spend with the) not a refund that would allow me to get my hair redone. I’ve taken a chance & purchased a coupe of wigs instead. I’m hopeful they will be fine,

Hi guys absolutely the worst experience…

Hi guys absolutely the worst experience I had with LondonVirginHair .
Well I’ve order 4 bundles plus 1 closure for 20 inch HD which was a gift for my sister worth of £577 in Romania,as soon the order came I packed and send it with DHL in Romania when my sister she received the hair she notice that the closure was 12 inch instead of a 20 inch , I wrote several emails regardless for a good couple of days to just receive an outcome to return the wrong closure and which was the brand mistake with so poor customer service.
I end up with £25 refund for the difference of price of the wrong closure and that’s it ,not a voucher discount or to get a chance to buy the closure cheaper or any other kindness or to value the customer for they’re mistake,nope none of that .
Will not recommend this brand at all to no one .
