Horrible. Horrible customer service to horrible products. Just want to take your money and their stuff takes forever to arrive. Once it does if there’s something wrong you end up paying even more to ship back and pay a restock fee. Literal robbery lol

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. My order took 17 days to be delivered in the UK. The communication has been poor and robotic. The item I received was faulty with bleach looking marks on it. I returned the items at my own cost on the 4th of July with the tracking reference number and I am still awaiting a refund. The return policy is also not adhered to themselves as they state the refund will be made up to 7 working days after receipt of the return. I sent the parcel via tracked delivery and can see this was with them on the 7th of July. I have still not received my refund and it is now the 2nd of August. The whole experience has been awful. What is even worse is that they state 15% will be cut from the refund for admin tasks relating to the refund. Unfortunately it looks like nothing is even being done. They have kept the items as well as my money. I would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered the Hawa prayer gown, something I had wanted to buy for a long time, but unfortunately I received a gown in a much darker shade of brown than what was advertised on the website. When I contacted the company about this, they insisted that the correct item had been sent, despite the clear difference in colour.

I returned the item and requested a refund, only to be told that 15% would be deducted for admin and packaging, and I also had to pay for the return postage myself. This means I am left out of pocket for an item that did not match what I ordered.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would advise others to be careful when ordering, as if you need to return an item, you will end up losing money even when the product is not as expected!!

Massively disappointed.

Sent a USED top that reeked of perfume. They delete negative comments on their videos. Once they have ur money they don’t want to know. I’m sure they will contest this review as ‘we don’t know who you are, you have never purchased from us’. However I have concrete proof- paper trail through my bank so I look forward to trustpilot contacting me.if your thinking of buying from them- don’t!

£5 for shipping to take over a week, to the UK!

Be careful ordering here!! Their shipping process is a mess, and if something goes wrong, they do nothing to help. They received my returned parcel and REFUSE to pay me back my refund!! They say they can only ship it to me again and I have to pay shipping again (WHAT?!) I never received the parcel in the first place but Evri sent it back to them.

If there are any issues with the courier they refuse to contact them and leave it with the customer! Even though the shipper is always responsible for the shipment and it's a lack of professionalism and service to NOT help your customers with your OWN mistakes.

The website looks so professional but the service and backoffice is nothing like it.
