We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with our earphones fell so far short of expectations, especially regarding the quality. That’s absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we take feedback like this very seriously.

One thing we’ve found makes a huge difference to overall sound quality, especially bass performance, is ensuring a proper in-ear seal with the correct ear tip size. Without a good seal, the sound can feel flat or tinny, no matter the technology behind it. If you haven’t already, it is worth trying the alternate ear tip sizes included in the packaging.

That said, we’d really like the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us at support@runbuds.co.uk so we can:

1. Understand exactly what went wrong,

2. Arrange a full refund or replacement for you right away, and

3. Do our best to turn this experience around.
