Great value and a super product

First purchase of the Runbuds Pro and they fit perfectly, work really well and don't move about or react to sweat/rain like my previous headphones did.

They are a little too sensitive to touch but that just takes getting used to.

Battery life is great and they pair very easily. Great set of headphones - considering the alternative competing models on the market are twice the price they are excellent value for money!

Replacement ear buds…

Bought two pairs of Runbud Pro ear buds over a year ago and they have been excellent.
Just lost one of the rubber earbuds so I contacted customer service, they have supplied replacements at a very reasonable price. Really pleased with their friendly service

Runbuds…

Sometime ago i Purchased some runbuds mini, which I was very pleased with. They fit well and sounded great plus the battery life was excellent. Recently one of tge earpiece stopped working. I made contact with runbud customer service who were very helpful and happy to replace my buds. Customer service was excellent, they kept me up to date throughout the replacement up until delivery.....very impressed. Great product. Thank you runbud.

No sound from one bud

Husband purchased these for my birthday two weeks ago- unfortunately the right ear bud just doesn’t work at all. (Even after charging all night)
Doesn’t connect with the left bud and does not play any sound- not even the voice that says “PowerOn/Off” can be heard
Very disappointing as I always struggle to get buds to fit my ears.

Could we kindly ask you to confirm whether the protective blue sticker on the bottom of the right earphone has been removed? This sticker will interfere with charging and connectivity.

Additionally, when placing the earbud in the charging case, an amber light should appear at the top of the case to indicate charging—please let us know if this is visible.

We’ve checked our records but don’t appear to have received any emails from you yet. To ensure we can assist you promptly, could you please contact us directly at support@runbuds.co.uk? We’ll gladly troubleshoot further or arrange a replacement if needed.

Good Earphones But Few Frustrating Issues

I bought the Runbuds Pro recently, and overall, they’ve been a pretty good purchase. The sound quality is great, and the battery life lasts a while, which is perfect for type of runs I do.

That said, they’re super touch-sensitive. It’s way too easy to accidentally pause the music, skip a song, or even turn them off just if I am trying to get them sitting better or my hat touches it. Another downside is that I can’t connect them to my Garmin watch, which hasn’t been a problem with other headphones I’ve used before.

Overall good sound, battery and affordability but the touch sensitivity the Garmin issue is a bit frustrating.

Excellent customer service

Ordered some run buds for my son for Christmas. He had some initial problems with them, however I spoke to Megan in customer services and she quickly resolved the issue and replaced the faulty goods. I can't thank her enough for the quick response and resolve to the issue we had. Excellent service.

Great so far on first use

Purchased a pair of run buds minis and used for the first time today; the sound is great, they seem easy to use so far and they stayed in my ears on my run. Not yet tried in hot weather when it gets sweaty so I can’t comment on that but hoping they’ll stay in! Only thing to point out is I have small ears and I wasn’t able to use the standard ear attachments as they’re way too big, I’ve had to swap for the ones which attach inside your ear - really hoping they’ll stay in on warmer days!

Regarding the ear attachments, only our RunBuds Air model comes with the additional in-ear wear attachments, so it sounds like you might mean the small ear tips inside of the medium ear tips on the RunBuds Mini. Please note that the Mini earphones don’t have a removable ear hook like the Pro or Air models.

Excellent Service

Had them for Christmas and struggled to get them charged. E mailed their customer service and Sam responded the next day and the issue was due to me leaving the protective stickers on the charging points. Excellent service and fantastic sounds now. Would recommend. .

Very poor in UK climate.

Rub Buds Pro are great if you train in dry conditions and don't sweat. They quickly become pretty unfunctional when you add any form of moisture to the mix due to the 'touch' only feature (no buttons). If you touch them with any amount of moisture on your finger they either wont work, or the touch pad will get 'stuck' and drive the volume to miniumum. This is met with a continuous voice of 'volume minimum' that you can't stop or even turn off the headphones. Really frustrating as a headphones sold as a runners product.

Ordered a set of RunBuds Pro for my partner who is training for a marathon and they are excellent. Good sound quality, easy to use and very comfortable. We did require a new charging box but on contacting RunBuds I got a reply within hours, it was dispatched the next day and arrived 2 days later. Extremely good customer service when required - thank you very much!

I had a pair of the old run buds and…

I had a pair of the old run buds and they were awsome, well worth the money. They lasted me a couple of years and marathons, but when they stopped working I decided to buy a new pair of the run buds pro, they however are not very good, they don’t fit as well, even walking around the house they slip out of your ear and the sound decreases terribly, the case is also not made as well and rattles around when you’re running with them.
Quite dissatisfied after having such a good experience with the original set.

Great headphones, great company

Firstly, great headphones. Sound quality is good, they fit comfortably and the batteries last forever!!!

Customer service wins though, I left the charge box on a flight and had a replacement for way less than I expected delivered within a few days.

So refreshing to deal with a company run by humans who obviously care and have some common sense!!

Technically great headphones, I wear them for listening to music and podcasts while running mostly, but also they enable a decent phone call which is rare for bud headphones! I don’t have to shout and people can hear me just talking at a normal level!

Excellent customer service 10/10 and follow up

I bought a pair of runbuds in April this year and one of the ear phones didnt work up till then gad no issues what so Everard using them 3/4 times a week, so I contacted Runbuds and immediately I was contacted by a very polite and professional customer service member called Kelly,
She suggested ideas which I could try to rectify the problem
I did what she had asked then I went for a run and tried them out. Unfortunately, not kelly's fault it helped a little but they still were not working as they should
Kelly emailed me asked to confirm my address and sent me another replacement pair through the post,
So within a few days my issue was resolved, she said they were under warrantee and I was entitled to have a replacement
I confirmed my address abd new pair was sent .......
What more can I say, but Kelly was,also so very dedicated I thought on.personal level as Kelly was sorting this issue out in the evening time which was cery convient for me being at work in the day
So I would recommend these run buds to anyone who wants to play music whist running you xan answer your phone , tap to forward or go back on tracks turn up or down music, they are waterproof
You don't need to worry if they become faulty as the customer service you will receive will ve excellent 👍
It's my first experience with wireless headphones as I'm old fashioned and always used a wire, i was dubious about using them but I must admit I'm converted they are easy to use and user friendly last thing you need to do on a long hard run is faff about with your ear phones, if I can operate them anyone can, the charge lasts ages and they look good too,not to mention the great price,you can spin the wheel on your first purchase to get a discount which is fun. what more do yoi want

I'd like to do an update reveuw of runbuds, along with excellent customer services I'd like to add some more comnents but this time about the runbuds themselves :
Ive now been using this product since last April of this year 4 times a week, in rain shine and everything else in-between, they never fail to impress, the sound quality is second to none, very easy to operate, I found reading instructions personally more complicated that the actual use you just put them in your ears and you you can soon work it out , just a tap on right ear is forward track and tap hole on left is back and so on,
They light up so there's a bit more safely when running in the dark, they are not to bulky and easy to set up,
I'm always careful in deciding which products to buy and I feel I've made right choice and I've never been disappointed, I would strongly recommend these fantastic runbuds to anyone considering buying earphones who love their music and just want to go out have a run not faff about with earphones, nice easy fit in the ear as they come with different sized ear peices,and if you have any issues they have an excellent customer services team I’ve first hand experience of this and you'll have a no issues at all , Kelly is on hand to answer and questions queries or issues you may have
So thank you runbuds and a big thank you to kelly on the team again keep up good work
