customer service do not reply to my inquiry about my order status up until 6 days after when they fulfill their part of giving to the service courier, then took 5 days deliver to oman. all in all 11 days that suppose to be 9 days base on their website. i got free delivery upon check out, no added charge when i got the parcel. guaranteed legit, authetic and safe for online shopping.

Horrible online customer service with no one checking emails.

Upon Ordering with Items, on my choices, it didn't take to time until it was delivered and received, The process of procurement is systematic, one point to emphasize. even the packaging, satisfactory. Delivery on - time. So, in extent, this is recommended to other customers. It will not let you down.

I ordered 8 days ago and until now I don’t know where my order is?
No body is responding to my emails. I literally don’t know what to do
This is my first and last order from runners.

I was trying to contact team to arrange for exchange for bigger size. No response to three e-mails. I am disappointed, left with too small running shoes….

Because of cancelling my order. Note that the order was made from another site at a lower price.

This company will not improve.

After I received the item, no answers on email. Although I was asking about exchanging size. Bad experience & customer service

The item status wasn’t updated for 6 days even after following up by email and chat. Until I followed up by phone call and then it was canceled.

I ordered and it came in 3 days. They respond effectively in messenger . I liked my experience .

Bought an item that was out of stock.
Instead of informing me of the option - having a voucher or getting a refund, I was sent a store credit. I had to call customer service to get the refund.

The shoe is tight and I reached out for an exchange.. and no one helped me.

I have not received the product till now even though you said it is arriving today, even no notification from the carrier, meaning it has not been received yet by them!!!
It has been a week now since it is ordered, and I am in bad need for that product!! They are asking for review while did not complete their job, they promised to complete within 3 to 5 working days?!
