RunThrough made my first ever race a dream.
Having never done this type of event previously I was very nervous, I really didn't need to be.
Got home and started looking for my next runthrough.

Great pre-run information emails and event booklet. The support on the day was phenomenal the warmup as always was energetic and encouraging. The end of event awards with medals water bottles snacks are an added treat and always welcome after an event.

Superb race from start to finish. Marshall’s friendly and from baggage drop to warm up faultless

Always enjoy RunThroughNorth events, always organised very well, marshals friendly, helpful and polite. Bag Drop accessibility, pleanty of loo's, fantastic quality medals and snacks.

Ran the Dartford Half today - largely well organised, good marshalling & event site was good. Main issue is coming to a standstill after 1k right at the very start. Path too narrow round the lakes for the volume of runners & fishermen's tents narrowing the path even more. The first part of the course needs to be sorted out...no one wants to be walking at snail's pace after only 1k!!

Bought a ticket for the half marathon on the 1st of march Sunday 2026 paid around £65 there must of been a glitch when I made the payment I still haven’t received any booking reference or an email confirmation it’s quite a bit of money to be losing

The race was very well organised and had no issues or problems at all!

Well organised run, accommodating 3 different distances on the same course. Clear instructions given,no wait for booking in or toilets. Handy warm up and results swiftly loaded online. The course was a good testing route with 236 feet of ascent and descent on the 5k, double that for the 10k and 4 times that for the half marathon, so nearly 1000'.

Well organised with super friendly volunteers.
Nice to see all abilities catered for.

I love Runthrough events, always well planned and volunteers are fabulous! The event tees and medals are great quality and race entry is worth every penny. The race photos are so professional, I always look forward to those. Site is a bit clunky to view them but gosh that’s low on my radar. I’ve done 3 events so far and my daughter has done the Junior Race twice. I recommend to everyone!

I completed a 10k race at Birmingham Running Festival last weekend. Despite the course being extremely tough and hilly, I had a great time! This company did an amazing job at the event and made it come to life. For example, having a group warm up, Marshalls, music, pop up stalls etc. I would definitely do another race!

I did an event at the goodwood running GP, it was incredibly well managed and it was a great day.

Despite the cold weather I can always say that I've always enjoyed the RunThrough Events through out the year at Aintree Racecourse,its a nice flat route and i will be definitely be at the next running event here at Aintree Racecourse 🏃‍♂️ Thank you & Well Done 👏

I have volunteered on a couple of occasions with RunThrough. What fantastic people to deal with. Had a couple of queries over the last week and both have been dealt with brilliantly. Had an issue where my daughter needed to last minute swap events and also I stupidly volunteered to help at a few events but didn't make a note of where or when😳
Dealt via email with the team to switch my daughter's race event and again I needed the team to chase up my details/order number and all of Paul,Mark & Darlene were brilliant. Then Corrine sorted my Volunteer roles within minutes of me emailing. A big thanks also to Larren on the RunThrough UK Chat FB page for pointing me in the right direction. Everybody has been a credit to the company and standout from the ordinary.
If anybody is considering running a race or volunteering then go for it. If you volunteer then you can earn race credits and then enter a race "for free" and the volunteering shows you just how much goes into each event. Definitely 5* from all the people I have dealt with.

I’ve taken part in a few RunThrough events recently, and honestly, they’ve been nothing short of incredible.
Each one has had such an amazing atmosphere, from the energy at the start line to the cheers all the way around the course. The staff and volunteers are always so friendly, supportive, and full of enthusiasm, which really makes a difference on those tougher miles.

What stands out most is how well-organised and welcoming these events are. Whether you’re running for a PB, taking it steady, or just there for the experience, everyone feels part of something special. The sense of community, positivity, and encouragement is unmatched.

RunThrough really know how to make every event memorable, I can’t wait to sign up for the next one!

I've run all my races with run through and very much enjoy all aspects. The event hub, the encouragement, the warm ups, the availability of support. They are always exciting and you feel like it's just for you!

Absolutely love runthrough great events where I run at delemere forest can't wait to add 2026 to my collection 👍🫶💯

Be aware. They send no confirmation or receipt of your entry. I therefore assumed it hadn't gone through so entered again for a race and was then charged twice. They told me they don't do refunds. Very poor systems. Won't be racing with them again.

I volunteered and never received my race places and kit that I was due. I've emailed many times and no one gets back to me. I know others have had problems too. I used to recommend to my friends and running clubs and have stopped doing so. So disappointed and unfair!

Dreadful experience from start to finish… wrong prices on website, additional parking paid for which didn’t exist, and wrong start times shown on RunThrough emails/ event website.
