Good customer service but items were out of stock without announcing it
I was very excited for the items I ordered for my company and once my order was about to be processed, they reached out saying they were in fact not in stock. Great customer service, but I was extremely disappointed by the website not clearly saying the items were out of stock.

Personalized Towels
Towels seem to be good quality. The design looks good and they came on time. The printing of the design onto the towel seems to be very low quality. I can scratch it off with my nail. Over all, this is good for a cheap and quick need for bulk. I do wish I could have order 50 instead of 100.
