Do not use this company
Do not use this company! The quality of the printing on the mugs was awful. They printed stickers and then placed them on the mugs. Most stickers were crooked and were already coming off when they arrived. Three mugs arrived broken. When I called, they offered to send three replacement mugs, but they never arrived. Lastly, I work for a school and needed a refund on the tax charged. I submitted the tax-exempt certificate on May 15th. It is now June 15th, and despite calling daily, they cannot seem to resolve this issue. They are giving me the runaround, saying that the tax form is outdated (it isn't). It took 5 calls in a row for them to give me this information.

Discount Mugs is awesome
Patrick Tubig with Discount Mugs was awesome to deal with. He has helped me for several years on my promotional items and he is always patient with me. This year I was having trouble with some funding and he assured me we could work together to make sure we could get me the product on time, while having saintly patience while I waited on funding. Patrick is a delight to work with, an amazing person, and Discount Mugs is my go to shop for promotional merchandise.
