I don’t understand why I had to fill…
I don’t understand why I had to fill out all my information online, only to print it off and have to hand write it all in anyway. Seemed like a huge waste of time.
I appreciated that my postage was covered when I dropped my envelope off that post office though.

I am a senior and only have a tablet. I needed to renew my passport for upcoming travel. I went on line, found the site. I could not believe how easy and uncomplicated the application was…..( you know, for a government agency). Anyway, in less than 30 minutes my application was complete and I hit the send button. I highly recommended this service!
