Great Service and best price I was able to find. They had a question on my order and actually called me to confirm my order so that I was assured that I recieved the correct part.

I always enjoy ordering my RV parts from upgrades. The quality of the items that are available and the number of potential options is the reason for my preference. Delivery is always prompt.

The items were much less than Amazon or anyone else and arrived quicker than I expected them to. That's really all anyone wants, isn't it?

Terrible customer service! I ordered RV Superbag Travasak Replacement sheets. They said they would come in 2 weeks, then 3, then 4, then I thought I had cancelled the order, but..... they came while we were not home! So I thought great-- I can use them. They were 18 inches longer (on both ends) than described. The only option I was given was to return them, and get a refund! I just fixed them myself.

Slow to ship. Advertised 5 in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. Took a week before it was shipped and was drop shipped from the manufacturer. I chose RVUpgrades for this order over others because of the faster shipping they advertised, but they didn't deliver. I probably won't order from them again due to this misleading situation. I had to email them two days in a row to get a response on when my order would ship. Not impressed by their customer service.

My order was filled and shipped quickly, arrived promptly. It was the correct part for quite an old woodstove and fit perfectly - will greatly extend the useful life of the stove.

The product I ordered wasn't yet available from the manufacture. When I called to follow up, the lady I talked to (Beth I think) told me that the delivery date was unsure. She explained the manufactures situation and directed me to another model that would work just as well for me. She changed the order for me and it shipped right away.
