The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. First I had to call them to remind them to ship my order. A week later than the it was quoted to ship. Then I received the wrong part. Spoke to a associate and was told they would call me back with a return authorization. Another week goes by, I call and get an email that day. Then I had to call and get them to refund my money after 2 weeks

You had the part I needed for 95 Jayco…

You had the part I needed for 95 Jayco eagle hot water tank easy ordering got here fast. Only issue really is the tracking part but very good getting the part ordered and delivered thank you.
Will order for you and let everyone I know with campers to order with
RV upgrades

Above and beyond!

After ordering I noticed that your web site said out of stock, I called and was told that in fact was true. Then I received a call from a young lady that, I assume went to the warehouse and confirmed that the parts were in stock and that they had been shipped. I do not recall her name, but she went above and beyond for a $30 order! She is an asset to your company and should be treated as such!!

Found the part during online…

Found the part during online search,ordered that same day, received part, installed (had to fabricate new wiring harness), furnace works fine

Old school customer experience

One item shipped with my order was mislabeled somewhere along the line. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped the correct item.
