I have been with this online pharmacy…

I have been with this online pharmacy for the past 6 months and they have been absolutely amazing throughout. Their service is always reliable, efficient, and consistently on point. Communication is excellent — they are quick to respond and always keep me updated, which makes the whole process stress-free.

What really stands out is their fast and dependable service, especially the option for next-day delivery when something is needed urgently. It’s reassuring to know I can rely on them when it matters most.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend them enough. A truly outstanding pharmacy with great service and customer care.”

Rxlive pharmacy are fantastic service…

Rxlive pharmacy are fantastic service they work extremely hard. Iv'e been using this service a while now and iv'e had no issues at all. I recently lost my mum to cancer and this service was amazing at getting urgent medication out promptly taking a lot of the stress away. Thankyou Rxlive pharmacy i really appreciate you x

Speedy and helpful on their part

I have only been with this pharmacy since December and have now added my husband. We have both received our medication on time other than this time, It wasn't the fault of RX , it was my GP surgery who took 3 weeks to send the script to RX and I was left with no medication for a few days . It took RX chasing the surgery and also myself but as soon as it was finally sent over RX acted on it and I received my medication the following day. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Worse online pharmacy there is take weeks to deliver your medication even tho it says days the customer service is terrible and get spoken to like a child and snarkey comments stay well clear

We can see this is clearly a new account made and you have just reviewed us without any information provided or even a patient of ours.

Dreadful company that repeatedly puts…

Following your response to my review I confirm I checked my emails. The last one I received from you was the 16th March. What you have responded with is a pack of lies.
Fortunately I have copied in my gp practise to some of the occasions where I was badly let down. You should know it was their suggestion that I should reconsider using your company. This pack of lies from you has made up my mind and I will seek a reliable company that does not endanger their patients. Others should look elsewhere before their safety is endangered.

Dreadful company that repeatedly puts patients at risk with post approval late processing and delivery.
Prescription gp approved 26th March. Not had a single email or response to my chase up emails to date. Dangerous company. Look elsewhere.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your message, and please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We were closed for four days due to the recent bank holiday.

After reviewing your account, we would like to clarify the following:

A clarification email was sent on 2nd April 2026 at 21:34 (GMT), to which we did not receive a response.
Tracking details were provided on 3rd April 2026 at 11:34 (GMT), again with no response.
A further tracking email was sent on 7th April 2026 at 21:34 (GMT) confirming delivery, with no response received.

Our records clearly show that our team contacted you on three separate occasions. These communications were sent both prior to and during the bank holiday period. While we understand your concerns, please note that we are unable to control closures during bank holidays.

We would also like to clarify an important point regarding your prescription. The prescription in question was approved and sent to us on 30th March 2026, not on 16th March. The earlier date refers only to a reminder notification for you to place an order if required. As per standard procedure, it is the patient’s responsibility to request medication via the app or NHS app following such reminders.

Your order was processed and dispatched accordingly, and tracking information confirms that it has been delivered.

We have also cc’d your GP into this correspondence for full transparency.

Additionally, we would like to reassure you that we have been operating for over ten years and remain fully committed to providing a reliable and safe service. It does not benefit us to provide inaccurate information, and we have retained records of all communications sent. If needed, we are happy to provide copies of these emails.

We kindly ask that you review your inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for our previous correspondence. If you are still unable to locate these emails, please let us know and we will gladly resend them.

For future orders, we recommend placing requests at least 7 days in advance, particularly around holiday periods, to help avoid any potential delays. If it is urgent in between you have a dipsatch now button which you're aware of as you pressed this before on the 3rd of March 2026 and you got this ordered delivered for free the next day on the 4th of March 2026.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Trusted company and good customer service

This is my second month of using this site for my NHS prescription and there was a bit of a blip on my first month but it was sorted out in a professional manner and even though I was worried they sorted it out and I had my medication the following day. It's really made a huge difference to my stress levels knowing that every month my medication is delivered in plenty of time. I really do highly recommend this company not just for delivering medication but their customer service is amazing

RX Live have been absolutely fabulous…

RX Live have been absolutely fabulous with getting my medications when I need them and get them to me within a week! I just called them now and while still talking on the phone, I was told that my request for repeat prescriptions has already been sent to my GP while still on the phone! It is unbelievable how they work to help patients! They've been better than 1st class the whole time I've been with them! A company well worth using! The've definitely taken away a lot of stress caused by the previous company I used! I am very grateful for their wonderful services to myself! Thanks so much!

I want to give them more stars after…

I want to give them more stars after giving them chance after chance to get mine and my daughter's account, up, running and in place. No such luck. Week 3, late items, missing items, account disappeared at one stage. I genuinely CAN NOT recommend RX live for prescription dispensing. Customer service great. You will always get to speak to someone helpful but just get it right the first, second or at least the 3rd time!!

Excellent service

Excellent service. I get my prescriptions ordered and delivered to my address without lifting a finger! All I do is just relax and my medications just arrived promptly without fail! Even in an emergency when I run out for some reasons, I still get the order expedited.

I always experience a fantastic service…

I always experience a fantastic service with RX Live. They manage to provide a personal service despite it being delivered prescriptions. They are easy to contact when I need and always deliver a fast and easy service. I have tried many prescription delivery services in the past and RX Live are easily the best.

Astounding Service!

So glad i found this online pharmacy as i had problems with previous ones! I need my prescriptions delivered and once the dr actually gets round to signing it, the service is quick and usually only takes a few days!

Could not recommend more highly!

I could not recommend this Pharmacy more if I tried! They are incredible for accessibility, communication and delivering.

I have a visual impairment so I find navigating the app a little challenging (I find using apps in general difficult cl– this is no issue for Rxlive you can order your prescriptions in various ways including over the telephone and via email. I've never had to wait very long in a queue and I've always managed to speak to someone extremely helpful when sending emails they always respond well within 24 hours and will do their utmost to help and resolve any potential issues. I feel that I'm always going to receive an honest response from a' real' person

I think it can be easy to forget that ordering prescriptions, especially repeat and controlled drugs Can be really stressful at times and the people ordering them are often pretty unwell. Sometimes I feel that the importance of the medication can be overlooked. I feel that Rxlive Fully appreciate the situation

This Pharmacy truly makes an unpleasant task as stressfree as possible
