I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially if it has led to building up more medication than you need.

Please be assured we take your concerns seriously, and I’ve shared this with our team for review. In the meantime, I’d be happy to look into your account directly to make sure your subscription is managed exactly as you’d like, so you only receive the medication you actually need.

To make things easier, you can reply directly to your confirmation email to remove items you no longer require, or simply place an order when you need medication and we’ll deliver just that. This way, you stay in full control without unwanted deliveries.

It seems there may be some confusion regarding our services and your prescription arrangements. We recommend contacting the provider through whom your prescription settings were changed (for example, Aviva Digital GP) for clarification.

Please also note that our phone lines are answered within a minute and are regularly monitored to ensure a 100% pick-up rate. We therefore believe your comments may relate to a different business, and we have flagged this review as such.
