House sold easily; however Viewings were delayed. I only found out bu chance that they were delaying Viewings by upto 10 days as they were busy!!

I only discovered the issue by pushing why a specific viewing was scheduled in 10 days rather than sooner.

In the end only 1 person viewed; who bought the house. I was happy with the price but always had a nagging feeling that I could have done better.

The rest of the process was good, particularly Brook and Megan who were both exceptional, but not sure if Ryder and Dutton were worth the extra compared to other estate agents.

I had a good experience with ryder and dutton , Kelsey kept me updated and talked me through the process in detail which reasurred me . When kelsey wasnt available Brooke was on hand to help..I found the staff polite and professional and the day of completion couldnt of gone ant better !

Great service from start to finish from Ryder & Dutton. Proactive and great communication, did what they said they would, when they said they would. Very friendly, professional and I would highly recommend them. A particular mention for Catherine Salisbury and Lewis McLarty who guided me through the whole process in friendly, knowledgeable and professional way. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Geraldine was a brilliant move manager and made the process seamless. She constantly checked in with us and the solicitors and kept us updated every single week without a miss. She also answered all our questions, as first time buyers we had lots! But Geraldine clarified everything and was speedy with her responses. The agent was very rude and uncooperative, delaying information and not providing a useful conduit between seller and buyer. Eventually due to frustration I contacted the seller independently and we bypassed the agent as much as we could.
