It has been said many times that buying or selling a house can be one of the stressful of events. In our recent sale of a house this proved to be true. The support and professionalism of the estate agents (Ryder and Dutton) was the saving grace during the whole protracted process. Our contact initialy, Robyn Roberts and in the later stages Jenny Boyle were utterly superb, constantly pressing for progress and keeping us informed, They should be UN negotiators! Excellent Customer Service from Lisa Royle!
Lisa Royle at Ryder & Dutton has been excellent all the way through the buying process. She made herself available to speak with, was very responsive to emails and got involved to ensure solictors didn’t rest on their laurels to get the sale over the line!!

Highly Recommended
Aneeka at the Middleton branch of Ryder & Dutton assisted us with the sale of our parents property (completed this week) and her guidance in matching the people to the property was invaluable. Aneeka (and the rest of the team who helped when she wasn't in) kept us informed every step of the way, throughout of what can be a stressful process.
