They offer free generous sample which is very helpful for my fussy dog. After 5 days testing that her gut is completely take it and she likes it, we ordered 20kg.

Great product and service
I purchase food for my Rottie Freya every few weeks from Sabre.
She is very healthy and her coat is shining.
The website is simple to use the food arrives on time or early and its great quality.

every cat I tried to give it to refused it. no free sample for cats
Cat didn't even try it.
Can't get a free cat sample which is bogus.
Tried it on a few neighbour cats and no one will eat it.
we buy premium foods.
Best guess is the high pork content. Now I have worse than the adverts I have a WHOLE bag I cant use.

We were disappointed to see this review before we had the opportunity to respond to your email. As your enquiry was received over the weekend, our team replied as soon as we returned, investigated your concerns have offered to send an alternative flavour free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, which we're pleased you accepted.
We also appreciate your comments regarding cat food samples. We are currently introducing sample packs across our cat food range to help customers trial recipes before purchasing a full-sized bag.
While we're sorry this recipe wasn't suitable for your cats, we do hope your cats enjoy the alternative recipe.

i did have one issue regarding the sample not being delivered but upon contacting found out the samples come from a different warehouse and are shipped separately - on a whole would absolutely recommend.
