They advertise a gps locator its a generic air tag GRTSZ so ya save your money.

Shipment tracking said the package was abandoned in China. Customer service ignored 2 emails I sent them asking about the status of the order. Based on other reviews here, it seems these are just cheap AirTag knockoffs and not true cellular based GPS devices. I would stay away from this untrustworthy company.

Not a gps tracker only Bluetooth and only operates on Apple Findmy network (not android). Does not even look like the ad photo and shipped from China (took over 3 weeks to arrive). DO NOT BUY! Packaging doesn’t even say Safesync! Total fraud

I bought this product after seeing the ad. Shame on me for not being more careful. We are at day 20, still no tags and no way to really track its arrival time. Their ad say delivery in 5-7 business days, what a bunch of horseshit.

Total scam, these items are not as described. They are not a gps tracker. They do not have a magnetic feature as advertised online. Will be contacting visa for a refund.

So I got my “GPS TRACKERS” today I paid for the $19.99 buy get 1 free deal….took a month….thank god as I was going to buy 8 and get 8 free and at the last minute I thought let’s get 1 and just check it out…Then took 1 month to get to me.I was sold on the buy 1 get 1 free DEAL and they only sent me 1.Thats not the bad part because it’s NOT A GPS TRACKER LIKE THEY SAY it’s just a cheap Chinese air tag that I could of got 4 of these things over nite on Amazon for the same price.

When my husbands car was stolen, we swore we would get tracking devices once the car was returned to us. So we looked online and Safesync had a great deal on four trackers supposedly compatible with Android. We were promised a 1 week or less turn around time to receive these trackers. After 3 weeks (!!!) the trackers finally arrived and they are cheaply made AirTags, not compatible with our Android devices at all. When we shopped around the website stated compatible with Android! Now the website no longer reflects this. I’ve been arguing back and forth with them and they want me to pay for all the fees to ship this garbage back to China! The turnaround time was way longer than promised, they are cheaply made, and the website advertised this item incorrectly. A screenshot of this review will be sent to safesync as I have given ample opportunities for them to make this right. Next step is to dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Never received my goods. They never return any email. And no number to contact them.
SCAMERS DO NOT USE THEM.

I bought a pack of 6 GPS and a magnet charger from here, but they never sent my package and never sent me an email with my tracking number. I called and emailed them, but they never responded.

This company is a SCAM!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

These trackers are useless. They don’t work. The worse of it all is that there’s no clear way of contacting anyone from this SCAM business. Everyone needs to file a complaint to the BBB and consumer protection agency.

Worthless. Does not track real time. Gives me readings from 7 hours prior. Does not update in real time. Do not waste your money!

The items I received are NOT gps trackers but simple bloettoth trackers.
Steer clear.

Terrible. Don’t be fooled when lokkkng at this is a Chinese supplier with LR6 battery which will likely go flat in 3-4days. The contact company is a Gmail account! Say no more

They try and out you off asking do you what a 50% refund on he faulty items or if not you have to rend and pay for postage and any import tax (not that they should be liable for import tax as it’s a faulty good return to supplier !)

So after fear tactics. Just steer clear

* not magnetic for easy hiding . No clue how to get this under my boyfriend’s truck without being noticed now .
*half way through the wait I received an email saying that it had got stuck mid transit and sent back to the warehouse so they were going to “reship” the gps. Not mentioning that the one on the site is no longer available and they were sending a cheap knock off version of the Apple product and only 1 despite paying for 2 .

Ordered four magnetic trackers, was sent cheap plastic disks and so far only two work! No reply from the company after 4 attempts in the last 4 days. Scam
