Amazing quality
Amazing quality. So far, very pleased. I ordered the duck and corn fed chicken and a few drumsticks. What persuaded me to pay the extra is knowing that the animals were well cared for and fed good stuff in accordance with halal requirements which make's animal well being very important. They had freedom to roam around. The taste is different and I had a great service.

I didn’t like the order came 1 day late…
I didn’t like the order came 1 day late and had doubt on the meats whether it was safe to eat or not. It did have a smell but the staff at saffron alley said the meats usually will last around 50 hours during transit.

On top of it all, great customer service, I must mention a Christopher David who dealt with my query diligently , it was impressive to see a prompt response to the issue that ended positively. Very positive experience and highly recommend company
I recently had an issue with one of my orders, but I have to say the way it was handled completely reassured me about this company.
The customer service team responded quickly and professionally, and I was offered a replacement without any hassle while the issue is being investigated by their quality control team. A special thank you to Nazeem, who was extremely helpful, understanding, and efficient throughout the process! it really made a difference.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and the way customer care was handled. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend them based on their excellent service.

The customer service at Safforn Alley is beyond great! Christopher David was ever so helpful he Rescheduled my delivery and was very prompt in responding, I was very happy with the help I received. Definitely recommend ordering from them as the meat is totally amazing, and customer service is 10/10

Ordered a full packer Brisket (10kg+), beautifully packaged eith ice-packs and super-fast delivery got it just in time for the eater weekend. Did a 24hour smoke, and the end results were exceptional !!

Going back to what’s real and getting back to basics.
Highly recommended. Naturally, the cost is higher due to various factors, but if you can afford it, or even just some of the items, Saffron Alley products are well worth trying.
Investing in a clean-eating diet and nutrient-dense foods is always an excellent choice.

Website is very easy to navigate, meat was very tasty and my order came on time.
Really enjoyed the chicken meat ,I felt the flavour was rich had it had a nice texture.

I had ordered the Steak box
I had ordered the Steak box. We had 4 cuts of steak. They were very good sizes and it was so tasty. We cooked it for our anniversary and it was amazing. So much better than the restaurants and we loved having it in the comfort of our home.

Great all round
Delivery was on time in a chilled box. Meat was in packages that you can freeze all labelled which is great.
Tatsewise,nice and tender we have had chicken thighs and mince so far with other meat in the freezer to try. I have ordered twice,yes its dearer but you are paying for the quality and no hormones for me is a major one especially my children. Will be repurchasing I would say order in bulk to save on delivery charges.
