We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery.
We’ve checked the tracking, and it seems DPD requested further instructions at the Middleton depot on 11 Sept. As no update was received, the parcel was automatically returned to us on 12 Sept before a delivery attempt.
We’re really sorry about this and will resolve it right away with either a refund or replacement—whichever you prefer.

They had the wine I was looking for and delivered within a couple of days. I can't fault that.
It is interesting that I noted a number of wines in their list that I had only see previously in Costco.

Amazingly helpful
I had found a gin that’s not available in my home country and wanted to see if I could have it shipped to me. The people at Saghi showed the gin available for purchase at a good price and said that even though they don’t handle all the issues as far as import duty and VAT in other countries (since they vary from nation to nation), they used FedEx which would administer the documentation as well as deliver it to my door. And after payment I contacted customer service as a welcome coupon wasn’t applied to my order; the representative told me certain products were excluded but as a courtesy offered me that discount. I received the two bottles today, packaged in an excellent manner to protect them in shipping. I couldn’t have asked for any better service than what Saghi delivered!
