Ordered online and picked up in store the same day, staff were very helpful, I believe I got a better rate for ordering online.

Ordered my money on line,was ready the next day,very professional and very good customer service.

Disappointed the currency used to be in an envelope with amount etc but was just in an elastic band. I know there are cutbacks but think that loyal customers deserve an envelope!

Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience when collecting my order. The assistant came across as very rude and, at times, quite cocky. When she told me I wasn’t supposed to collect until Saturday, I explained that I had received a text confirming that my order was available to collect on Friday. Her response was simply to tut, which I found extremely dismissive.

I was also surprised when I was asked to pay 25p for an envelope. I declined and commented that I was shocked they were now charging for an envelope. The response was simply, “we’ve changed,” again delivered in a rather dismissive manner.

I was also disappointed by the overall presentation and professionalism of the assistant. She had extremely long nails, with metal attachments and was chewing gum while serving customers, which, combined with her attitude, did not give the impression of someone representing Sainsbury’s in a professional capacity.

I appreciate that everyone has an off day, but the whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It certainly didn’t feel like the level of customer service I would expect from Sainsbury’s.

Apart from the fact we didn’t get an email saying it was ready it was an easy way to order and we collected the euros fine with no issues

Very easy to order on line and rate competative

I asked about getting lower denominations and got told they'd request them from the branch I wanted to pick them up from. Got a call from the lovely lady at the branch saying they didn't have the split. I knew that was always a chance. What I loved was that she rang me to check. So 4/5 because your help desk and the lady in store were excellent. You only lost the fifth star because you didn't have smaller notes, which are needed for tips, loos etc.

went really early , got in a que , hadn't took my passport 🙄 so went back 2 days later
