I ordered my travel money online and it was such an easy experience, we collected it from Castle Boulevard and the lady at the kiosk was such a friendly person who was so helpful too

I have left a 5 star review as I was very happy with very friendly and polite and great advice from Shirley re buying euros from the Eastbourne East sussex store would defo use again

Flexible and personal service. Denomination of notes offered were varied and sensible. Also, a very polite and helpful member of staff at the desk, so I could have exchanged them had I wished to. Quickly arranged for collection. I will definitely use this service again.

Ordered my Euros online, was able to collect them 4 hours later. Quick and easy process. Asked for smaller denominations and was given what I needed by Ibrahim, great service.

Great rates and easy to collect

It was ready quickly after I ordered it online. I picked it up & the staff were very efficient and friendly. It was good that I had a mixture of different value notes.

I was under the impression that I was taking the time to get to Winchmore Hill to obtain the travel card. Not euros in cash. I did this a year ago for my autistic daughter. I was told I had to take the euros in cash but not offered the opportunity to put those euros on the card I had from last year. For some reason I had to pay with my bank card for euros to go on the card at a lower rate. This left me with euros in cash and euros on the travel card. In addition I was also told I could have topped up the travel card on the app. This was a fair distance I had to go in traffic. I was not pleased. Last year I got the travel card from there. Now it appears that it has to be ordered online.

I arrived early than booked date and still they were able to offer requested TM and it was very helpful and thank you.

Ease of use, prompt delivery of currency, excellent communication throughout, & knowledgeable / friendly staff.

Arrived at Sainsbury’s to collect my order within in opening hour only to find that the cashier was on a break and I would have to wait 17mins. When I enquired why it was closed staff told me that the cashier is independent of Sainsbury’s and that he’s gone on break and that his time varies.

I received an email the day after I had ordered my Euros advising they were ready for collection at the Sainsbury store on St Anne’s Way, Gloucester. Prompt service. The member of staff however has let the score down as all she said was I need to see ID and the bank card used. There was no please, thank you, hello, and no goodbye, and no other interaction.
