Every time I have been to collect…
Every time I have been to collect lately the bureau is closed, would be better if closures were at the same time everyday at least people can avoid closed periods if known in advance.
On a positive the staff are always very friendly

It was a very simple process
It was a very simple process. I simply paid online, then collected in store a couple of days later. The staff member who I collected my money from was very pleasant, counted out the money in front of me & wished me a happy holiday. I have zero complaints.
