Another Chinease Scam.

Says on their website Seven Oaks, Kent. LIE!!!! It’s from China. Website looks great but the product was horrendous. Sent it back to China which cost £27 and got no refund and now no response so I’m out of pocket from the purchase (£32) and now the return (£27). Absolute joke how these Chinease company’s are allowed to operate for so long without being shut down. Avoid!!

I ordered. It never arrived. I received one response to my complaint. I was told ro wait for it.
10 weeks later, tracking says it is delivered, but not.
No further communication from Saint Aurell.

Do not buy anything! It took nearly 4 weeks and the product is dollar store quality!

Unfortunately it’s a scam. Received the items, but did not receive money when returned within the return period. Lost money and items.

Shocking, took ages to be delivered, item isn’t the same as pictured and poor quality. Literally no response from support line. Absolute scam don’t make the same mistake as me

Absolutely scam, do not place any orders. They never respond, nor refunds, orders never get delivered.

These guys are crooks. They advertise they are selling Ralph Lauren product and it is fake crap from India. No labels a iron on horse pure junk. They put it a Ralph Lauren plastic bag which any can have made. You cant get a hold of customer service. They ship from a rented storage place in New York you call there they have no idea who they are. You do not want to do business with them you will be unhappy. Can't believe Credit Card companies accept their sales.

Worst quality clothing i've ever bought on the internet.
No consistency on sizes or quality of material, but biggest issue is how different goods look to images on site. Do not be fooled by flashy website, absolute garbage.

Company says fullfilled from UK, a lie, goods took 8 weeks to arrive and from China. Repeatedly asked them to cancel my order, but goods were still sent.

Requested refund and was told they needed to be sent back to China at my expense!!! Even though goods are completely useless.

As a compromise offered a 40% refund, but good are only of use for bin so refused.

Only partial address given for returns, and now goods stuck in customs and company refusing to answer email to get released. D

DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY ORDERING

Avoid this retailer (theif) at all costs!

Never received my order! Evri contacted me to say it was damaged during shipping!
I contacted retailer for refund and totally ignoring my emails!

One Star is so over rated, 100% avoid!!

Waited 8 weeks for a delivery, items turned up, 1 t-shirt fitted (snug) and the other (different colour) was unwearable as it was almost kids size. I complained and asked for a refund, in line with their published policy only to be told "we don't do exchanges or refunds". Offered to sent a "free" replacement which also took 8 weeks to arrive. That was the right top, right colour but with different finish on the trim and buttons.

There are no labels in the items so you can't even prove if it's the right size or not. I'd be impressed if my child had made this at junior school but not something I'd purchased through a fashion company who advertise "satisfaction guaranteed, fast shipping and premium quality".

I either accepted their "free" top as a replacement or I had to return the item to China to get a refund...!?!?

How this scam of a company are still running is beyond me.

I bought a blouse from them and when I opened the package, I saw a blouse of very bad quality. When I tried to return it that same day, even though I had previously read that returns are very easy, I had no way to return it and no one answered my texts and emails or paid attention to them. They are very fraudulent. Eat my money.😡

I ordered a shirt, it took 8 weeks longer than advised to arrive. Arrived with a different brands label on it.
Have emailed almost every day for 2 weeks to get advise on how to return it with no reply.
Shirt is nice design but very poor quality and badly made.
Complete waste of money. Avoid

Horrific clothing....What can I say.....a wool polo that smells like plastic.

I have emailed in 6 times about my order and recieved zero corrospondence. The clothing is horrific, plastics like, smells, loose threats and badly put together. Should be banded from advertising. Have escalated this.

They sell cheap item from China at a premium price. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got my money back unlike others. AVOID!

Really poor quality items with totally incorrect sizing which are clearly drop shipped from China. Customer services non existent and requirement to return any items for refund to address in China despite no mention within website which shows addresses in UK & USA. If you're unlucky enough to have already ordered from them report to your credit card provider or Paypal as fraud.

This is a total scam fake website, how dare they are ? Nobody takes the action for this fake company and what a shame ? They want other people’s hard earned money for free . My item , I paid £38 and never arrived, after 4 weeks . I contacted them , that fake Sophia gave me fake email to contact and to trace . Do not ever use this website. Total Scam. I am not sure they are from US ( which they mentioned) or from China ( pretending from US) , whatever they are a real fake , cheaters and liars .

The worst. Total scam, avoid. You won't get your order for weeks, and you can't get your money back.

I still haven't received my order and it has been 3 weeks since I ordered. After reading other reviews here, I blew it and fell for the Instagram ad.

Same experience as most of the other reviews here The items took 5 weeks to arrive. The sizing and quality are questionable No refunds unless you post the item back to China. P&P is £20 on an item that cost £34. On reading other reviews, I’ve decided to cut my losses and not post the item, as it seems “they get lost”
