Clothes are very poor quality and the sizing is all over the place, despite claiming they ship locally it all ships from China so expect to wait 6 weeks. Hopefully it fits because if you try and return then you need to send it to China, they will never give you a refund. Once you have got stuff returned to China expect them to disappear.

Products never arrived. Received no response to emails. Fortunately got our money back through Paypal.

I was scammed. Do not use this site. Revived an inferior garment nothing like the advertisement and after numerous emails trying to contact them am being completely ignored . £60 wasted

Junk drop shipping grifting scam trading under Archmedia Ltd. His address is under companies house if you want to Google it, classifies his grifts as a side hustle. A simple image reverse look up shows he's knocking out $5 items for £30 and not even changing the images.

Quite possibly the worst quality of clothing, emailed for an address to return to and they emailed back saying they've included the return address but didn't, then ignored all subsequent emails, shocking customer service. Stay away !

Disgusting company. My shirt took a few weeks to arrive and then it was wrong size. So far my communication with the company has secured a pathetic offer of 5% refund. Since declining that, they've gone quiet on me, not heard anything from them for a week. Very shady - please avoid as I'm clearly not the only person to be treated so poorly.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY". The clothes are cheap in quality, all care tags were literally cut off all pieces, and it took almost 2 months to arrive. They are quick to take your money but don't have any answers as to when your items will actually arrive. Super disappointed in all of the shirts that I purchased. Wish I hadn't fallen for their "good deals" and nice looking photos.

WARNING: Do not buy anything from this scam website. They fulfill the order but send the incorrect sizes and colors so you’ll have to keep them because to return them you have to pay to be sent to China or receive only a 15% discount for their screw up.

These shirts I bought from saint aurell are absolutely rubbish and to get a refund they want me to send them back to china first don’t be tempted to buy under no circumstances utter rubbish

Top finally arrived after 5 weeks, no labels, no care instructions. Feels and looks very cheap. I complained and asked for a return label, i was told I have to pay to return item to China despite website giving a UK address (cost £16.55) and they will then inspect item to see if they feel a refund is justified. Website makes clothes look great, its very cheap. They are very polite and apologetic but are never going to give anyone a refund.

AVOID AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Husband fell for the social media ads. What arrived, 5 weeks later , 2 items completely wrong size with no labels/care labels. Not the quality he had been led to believe. Obviously from somewhere like Temu, probably cost £2 each not the £57 he paid. They DO NOT have a UK base and returning is not an option as they ignore emails. PayPal dispute went in their favour as they did deliver items. Hope karma bites them hard and trading standards raid their ‘UK shed’!

FOR IT!!! Took 5 weeks to arrive when I paid for Royal Mail 48hr delivery. It appears you order and then they purchase this crap from China they ship it to themselves then they ship to you because after numerous emails about the delay my parcel had a sorry for the delay note in it. The top I ordered was only £30 should have been £55 but it’s been made for giant haystacks infact I could probably use it as a duvet cover it’s that big. There’s no labels no tags no nothing to suggest where it has come from
This brand will not last cheap crap that some husband n wife have thought hey let’s rip people off instead of getting a proper job! Poor poor idea of a business

They sent me a wrong size and missing hat. Need 4 days to answer because I contacted PayPal.
First email offer me a 15% for next time or I need to return then I need a return
Second email ask for a clear photo of product then I sent them photos
3rd one asked for clear photo again
4th one asked the same question in first email.
They will give you a bad experience ever !

Steer well clear of this company. I spent £62 on 2 tops that I found out I could have purchased from Temu for £6 each. They took over a month to arrive and when they did, the apparent relaxed fit medium were like an extra small fit. Shocking customer service. They then want you to return to China if you want a refund!

Cheap poor quality clothing sold from China and totally overpriced for the tat you'll eventually receive, avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all cost. Pictures look like clothing is high quality, trust me it’s not. Very poor workmanship. Sadly this will be my last order from a company selling via social a media platform

Stupidly thought I was purchasing an authentic Ralph Lauren dress as that is what was advertised by Saint Aurellia and it was supposed to come with a certificate of authenticity! Absolutely NOT! The item that arrived is a cheap, poorly made inferior product in a nasty fabric with a transfer of the “Ralph Lauren” logo and is clearly not authentic. Furthermore I had believed I was dealing with a UK based company since the receipt they emailed indicated that delivery would be by Royal Mail 48 tracked with delivery between 3-7 days. When I chased for a delivery update some 10 days later I was told the item was “preparing for shipment”. At this point alarm bells began to ring and I got the distinct impression this company is some sort of a scam organisation. When the item did finally arrive (from China) it was a huge disappointment. This is the first and last time I will be sucked into purchasing anything from Instagram advertising and I’m extremely cross also that I hadn’t checked reviews prior to parting with my ££. Of course now I’m trying to get a refund processed my emails are being ignored. All I can say is AVOID. I guess we live and learn!

Took 29 days for the delivery of the two tops I had ordered at a cost of £61. I had ordered size XXL, but what arrived was medium at most. Very, very poor quality items, no labelling, no nothing. Will be taking both items immediately to a charity shop so at least they will benefit a little from them. Awful experience, they should be avoided like the plague.
