While some may feel improvements right away, for others, it can take several weeks of consistent use to start noticing significant changes. Keep in mind, magnesium is a mineral that our bodies burn through daily, and it doesn't become replenished overnight. That’s why consistency is so important—applying the oil every night before bed can help ensure you're getting the most out of it.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that the magnesium oil is helping you fall asleep more easily—it’s exactly what we hope for our customers who struggle with sleep. We're so glad it's been a positive addition to your nightly routine.

As for the dryness on your feet, this can sometimes happen, especially if the skin is already a bit dry. We recommend trying a couple of things:

Give your feet some time to heal by applying the magnesium oil to another area, such as your stomach, for a few weeks. This will allow your feet to get some much-needed hydration while still experiencing the benefits of the oil.

If you continue to use it on your feet, we suggest allowing about 10 minutes for the oil to absorb before applying a moisturiser to help lock in moisture.

Additionally, you might enjoy using our Magnesium Muscle Repair Cream on the soles of your feet, as it has added ingredients specifically for hydration, which could help balance out the drying effect you are personally experiencing.

Thank you for reaching out. Our magnesium sprays are designed to absorb quickly and leave minimal residue. We recommend applying a small amount and massaging it in well, allowing a few minutes for it to absorb fully.
