Impressive Customer Service
Impressed with the level of customer service I received, following an issue with my order. They really went the extra mile to put things right, and seem genuinely to care about looking after the product, and presenting it at it's best. A special 'thumbs up' for the quality of the packaging they use for shipping orders to those of us in distant places outside of the M25. Hope to do business again before long.

Good service, good beer
Ordered a mini keg of Wandle beer. There was an error at their end in terms of processing the order but they picked it up and ensured delivery was on time for a small reception we were holding. Very good service and very good beer!!
