Selling products they don’t even have!!
Do not trust them with any products that are not clearly marked as in stock. They are advertising products they clearly don’t have access to on backorder etc. Absolute waste of my time. Ordered back in January. Demanded a refund today.. they said they are processing it and zero apology. Obviously they just blame the supplier..

I ordered a book in November for my husband for Christmas, when it had not turned up I queried it, only to be told that it was not in stock, and would be stocked on a particular date. They did not mention it until I asked. When I again followed up I was told the in stock date had been pushed back a further month. They did not inform me until I asked. By now I had also missed my husband's birthday. Customer service has been very lacking and at times rude. Do not buy from Sanity.

I have to honestly say I have never had bad service from Sanity. I am really impressed how quickly orders are processed and sent out. Thank you so much. I am very, very happy!!
‘Backorder’ that was never ordered…
Waited from mid October to Jan for a product that they never intended on stocking. It was on ‘back order’ (which is meant to be 10-15 days) and they gave me an automatic refund on the 2nd of Jan cause they can’t fulfil the order… WHAT A WASTE OF TIME WHEN I CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCT ON AMAZON FOR $10 MORE AND GET IT WITHIN A WEEK???
Sanity - very poor customer experience
Follow up service assistance is made to discourage you from doing so. Ordered a product in the online store and waited 20 days for any news of its pending delivery. Agent said I was told 3 times it was a back order item. I missed all 3 cautions I guess. When I tried to submit my rating, I couldn’t. Apparently when they close the chat you can’t rate the chat. My wifi is working well here so go figure. Long story short I’d advise not buying from Sanity. My invoice sent by email does not say on “back order” either. Purchase was on November 27. No call centre provided even tho there is a phone number listed. The Bot or agent chat only available during business hours. No customer service so avoid purchasing is my recommendation.
DO NOT PRE-ORDER
Placed a pre-order for a limited release vinyl in August 2024 to be shipped December. I had to reach out in December to confirm when it would ship, and was told it wouldn't be until January. Over the next few months, they sent three identical emails to inform me that my order was on "backorder". I had to contact them again in June 2025, which they responded with the same "backorder" email. I contacted them AGAIN in November 2025 (nearly a full year after expecting the pre-order to ship), and they just refunded my order. What was the point of pre-ordering if it didn't mean anything? More importantly, what would have happened if I wasn't persistent enough to continually reach out? Would they have just held onto my $120 forever? Honestly will never buy from Sanity again and wouldn't be surprised if unfulfilled orders is the only thing keeping them afloat.
Been waiting and communicating…
I've been waiting and communicating with this company since early October for an order only to be continually told stock will be here early next week or we will get back to you within 24 hours and still no satisfaction. Absolutely disgusted with this company and I will never buy from them again
Terrible communication
Ordered a piece I needed fast with express shipping. It took me emailing them, and two days after it was supposed to arrive, to finally get off their arse and tell me it was out of stock in store. Waiting on a refund because this is bullshit.
Unplayable DVD's
Bought a boxed set of Christmas DVD's. Only one of them was playable. Rang their number at 10 am and got message "we are closed"

PERSONALLY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM
I order BluRay’s and 4K UHD BluRay’s here frequently yet never had a single problem in my many years.
Don't waste your time - misadvertising.
When ordering an item i needed quickly, the item stated in stock, ships immediately. I also paid for express. A few days later when it wasn't dispatched I went on the online chat and the representative was rude and told me i was wrong.
I know what I ordered and what it said, I purposely ordered that particular item as it was the only one of its type that DID say it was available. Why else would I order express. The customer "service" is terrible and I wont be buying from them again. No wonder the stores closed down.
Worst shopping ever
I purchased a preorder item from this website, and there was a 3–4 month wait until its release. And then after that I found out that the product has been released, but I never received any notification email from Sanity. I sent several inquiries, but got no response. Eventually, I received a reply saying that your supplier informed you the item is no longer available and that my order would be cancelled.
I find this completely unacceptable. Why wasn’t I informed about this earlier? If I had known, I could’ve tried to buy it elsewhere. But now it's no longer available anywhere. When I asked how this would be compensated, I was told there’s nothing you can do.
This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I will never be ordering from this site again.
CD Never Arrived
Waited over a month for a CD that was listed as "in stock with supplier," with no clear update or estimated arrival time from Sanity throughout. In the end, it never arrived. While I appreciate that the refund was processed quickly, the overall experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of time.
Moving forward, I’ll be using Bandcamp instead — they deliver promptly and ensure more of the money goes directly to the artists. Much better experience all around.
An Honest Review
Just a little over 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 CD's from Sanity's online website. Now I was very surprised after the first week that I didnt recieve any shipping information. After contacting support and finding out that one of my CD's was ready to be sent out but they were waiting on stock for my 2nd one before they could ship it, I was a bit annoyed but I didn't click on separate shipping which was my own fault. The customer service staff were easy to email and get in touch with. They helped resolved the issue quite fast and since reaching out the whole way through they have been lovely to deal with.
My verdict here is to be smart about how you order from their online store and keep in mind that some items take longer to ship than others.
If you prefer something a bit quicker/convienent, Ebay or other online retailers are another option.
Weeks to ship/Stock isn't accurate/Rude staff/No communication!
I made an order of 1 CD for my father's birthday. Website stated it would be shipped in 10 business days. With zero updates, I followed up via chat and was told it was still coming. Again had to follow up via phone call after still not receiving it and having no shipping notification. Told me it should have been sent a week ago and they would check it up. All of a sudden within 5 mintes I received an email saying it whad now been shipped. I did not get it in time for my Dads birthday. Before this order went south, I had ordered some DVDs. Ordered 4th May. No updates and nothing shipped when I called them today on 29th May. Lady on the phone was quite rude and gave me a smart arse tone. I was told that actually.. 3 of the DVDs had been discontinued so I wouldn't be getting them. I questioned why they were on the website for me to purchase if they had been discontinued, she said rudely "they're not, go and search for them".. I said I understand they may be removed now but clearly they were "available" and "in stock" for me to purchase.. she said because they were in stock and available when I ordered them. Now they're not. Clearly this store has zero skills in updating stock as the items are ordered. The time it takes for them to process and ship an order is ridiculous with no communication. And customer service is unhelpful, rude or both. Will never order from sanity online ever again.
