Wish I could give it 0 scam of a website takes your money items never come week long waits for email reply's trying to get my own money back from a shocking scam of a site don't waste your time or money it's not worth it, horrendous. Give me my money back.

I ordered a dress from this shop on 20th May, I needed it for a wedding on 18th June. At the time of purchase, their delivery policy promised 1–2 business days for shipping and 3–10 business days for delivery. Despite that, the dress didn’t arrive until 24th June — more than a month after the order and nearly a week after the wedding it was bought for.

When I contacted them, they quietly changed their shipping policy on their website after my complaint, trying to make it look like no promise was broken. That alone says a lot.

I asked for a full refund, since the item arrived far too late and is unused. Instead, they offered:
• A 10% (then 20%) partial refund
• A discount code for a future order (I won’t be placing one)
• Or to return it at my own expense, with a 15% handling fee deducted

I followed every step they asked — sent photos, video proof, explained everything — but they’re still refusing to cover the return or take responsibility. And yet, UK law is clear: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if a seller misses their promised delivery window, the buyer is entitled to a full refund — including delivery — if the item is no longer needed.

So here I am, left without the dress I needed, out of pocket, and with a company unwilling to fix their mistake.

ZERO STARS!!! I wish I'd seen these reviews before I made my purchase in May. Absolute predatory company. It took over a month to get the two dresses I ordered, one came stained, the other did not look like the photo and they refused to issue a refund nor did they even want the dresses back! They tried to get me to spend an extra $36 for a return label and charge a 15% restocking fee, and this is all WITHOUT offering a refund for the dresses. So, not only was I not getting money back but then I would have to spend significantly more to return the dresses. I would never shop here again and I'd advise you not to spend a single cent with this company.

I ordered 3 dresses from here initially on May 20th, 2025 and once my order was confirmed it took me to another page. I accidentally added another dress to my order whilst trying to leave the page meaning I had 4 dresses. I tried to cancel the 4th dress as I had already ordered this dress initially and did not want 2 of the same. After 4 1/2 weeks I’ve received 1 of the dresses. Had no update since the day of my order for one of them and the other two are somewhere in china. No update or correspondence from the website.
Utter scam!

Company is a fraud. Clothes are terrible quality and ive sent 10 emails now asking for a full refund but they keep offering me a discount on the items I dont want. Clearly not going to get a refund, its a fraudulent company on insta, dont buy

Unfortunately a zero star does not exist. Although the one star l give for communication as they respond repeating the same. Try 30 days risk free and money back guarantee does not happen. If you order and within minutes you want to Cancel may you pick wrong size or colour forget it. The delivery took more than a month to arrive. The clothes quality, description and size did not match what l ordered. The refund process is almost none existent as you will be lucky if you get it back. The maximum they offer is 30% and keep the clothes. If you insist on return you have to pay in excess of £20 for a return label to a 3rd party company with negative reviews and on top of that 15% administration fee will be deducted from your refund. I had to raise a dispute with the bank.

I wish l can say what they can improve on. However in my honest opinion this is not a company to purchase from or do so at the risk of losing your money.

I ordered a dress for an event and when the dress did not arrive in time, I was still patient. They then contacted me to say that they no longer have stock of this dress and they would be happy to refund me my money. I have been going back and forth with them for a month trying to get a refund and they haven't given me a single penny. Extremely disappointed with the customer service that i have received

Terrible experience. The quality of the dress I received was extremely poor—nowhere near worth the price. Even worse, I only received one of the two items I paid for.

Customer service is a nightmare. They refuse to issue a full refund unless you jump through endless hoops—sending photos, videos, and still having to pay for your own return shipping. Even after providing proof, they only offer partial refunds and keep passing you off to different representatives who either repeat the same messages or give no helpful answers at all.

This company does not stand by its products or its customers. Avoid the frustration—do not purchase from them.

Took over a month to be delivered- contacted the company numerous times for them to tell me they didn’t know where my item was. The event I needed the dress for had long passed so I asked to just cancel my order which they would not do. Once my parcel had finally been delivered I again contacted their team for a refund to which they told me that as it was not damaged they could not refund me the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would rate 0 if I could. the dress i ordered arrived nearly 3 weeks after i ordered it so i didn't have it in time for the event i was thinking to wear it to. i didn't open the package and emailed customer support to initiate the return. they asked me to send photos and videos of the item, and explained that they only accept refunds if the item is unused and with original tags and packaging, which it was. they said they could initiate the return if i paid to send the item back, but that they would only refund 15% of the cost! I disputed this, as I hadn't even opened the package, and they stopped replying to my emails. I chased 4 times before initiating a charge back via my credit card company.

I thought I’d been scammed at first. Although it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. The dress was as pictured. However the sizing was too large.

The item arrived but quality and fit was terrible! Have been trying to return the dress for a refund for over 3 weeks and just keep getting excuses and ridiculous steps to complete from the company to avoid paying the refund. Avoid this website!!!

Wouldn’t give this terrible company 1 star if I did not need to. Please do not buy from them the quality is appalling just cheap Chinese rubbish which they are marketing with fake photos and videos. Then the returns policy is a joke costing you more money to try and return them. Avoid and do not buy anything from this joke of a site

AVOID- this company is a massive scam. I ordered a dress for Ascot Races (in plenty of time), was told it would take up to 10 days to be delivered, i kept updating the tracking page for 2 weeks and nothing changed so i emailed them asking for an update. I never got a reply so after another week I emailed again, shocker, didn’t get a reply. I then contacted my bank asking for the money back and a claim was opened. Then nearly a month and a half after order the dress, someone replied to my email telling me my dress was lost in transit and i would get a refund. This is probably false and will probably not get my money back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

TO RETURN A DRESS, THEY ASK 15% and £20 FOR A RETURN LABEL TO COVER THEIR SHIPPING COSTS

ordered a dress on MAY 15th, which came in 16 days, and it turned out to be big on me according to their size guide
15 emails back and forth, and I still can't return that dress, it's almost a month now we chat and it seems there is no way to return it.

Please read the reviews before ordering! I am an online shopper, and never NEVER had such experience before.

The dress I ordered came 3 weeks later and didn't have the same shape of the skirt as was on the picture. Fabric was absolutely plastic and the stitches were all fluffy - poor quality overall.

The return process is impossible, "our refund policy only covers items that arrive damaged" according to Fiona, Customer Support. They misguide with return messages on the website (21 days return policy) and then refer to their Return & Refund Policy on the website, which I couldn't find tbh.

So my options for return were:
1) Receive a 10% partial refund of your original purchase and 10% discount code for your next order. This way, you can keep the items and still enjoy some benefits for future purchases.
2) Return the item at your own expense (return label is available), but please note, we don’t offer free return shipping as part of our sustainable practices, and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

Return label costs 19.50 pounds!!

Ordered 3 dresses from this website on May the 4th.

It took about 6 weeks to arrive, however I had only 2 dresses arriving (one got lost by Evri, Santi Vento not accepting this as in their system appears as "delivered" despite the multiple evidence I've sent from my ticket with Evri).

Now, the quality of the dresses is incredibly underwhelming. Not only the fabric is of the lowest quality, one dress came with clear stains on it, and when writing an email demanding a refund, I got by answer that "it was a minor issue, that I could CUT IT WITH SCISCORS" when clearly the stains are right in the middle of the dress.
Other emails are equally nonsense, just them trying to dodge the refund. (I don't even know if the customer service are actual humans or bots.)

Mails have stopped from one week now (15 june), I haven't got any instructions to have my refund.

AVOID!!! Scammers!!! I ordered, what looked to be a beautiful dress and received what can only be described as a dish cloth with resembled nothing like the dress advertised! It didn’t look ANYTHING like it!!! I contacted them and received terrible customer service promising me a refund but with me paying for postage via a dubious link they provide and with them keeping a chunk of the cost. It varied from email to email. Their terms and conditions are illegal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam! Refuse to accept refunds. Tried to get me to buy their return postage label for £19 & refuse to share the return address! Awful, poor quality clothing. Worse than SHEIN levels for a higher price tag. Such a hassle dealing with them. Save your time and money! There’s a reason they’ve turned off comments on their IG…
