La decantata qualità!

Un servizio post vendita ( AI?) a dir poco indecente. Acquistate scarpe chiaramente difettate. Inviato formale reclamo presso casa madre con la seguente risposta: i nostri artigiani possono riparare la calzatura al costo di 80 euro + 15 di spedizione.
Una calzatura invernale acquistata esattamente un anno fa ed indossata forse 20 volte ( considerato il costo le utilizzo con parsimonia) che si è scollata interamente nella parte anteriore.
Un evidente difetto cui Santoni ha ben pensato di " respingere" ogni responsabilità.
Eppure le scarpe se le fanno pagare...eccome!
Che figuraccia!

I have very bad experience, i purchased last year and the leather tear on normal use, after long conversation, company deny to return or repair itself although they sent me one warrenty card while delivery the shoes. Paying 700 usd and tear leather within a year is not a quality and not a good customer service too. No phone to call as well just email

Thank you for your message and we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction.
As previously communicated in our email, we would like to clarify that creases on the upper and marks on the leather as the photos sent, do not indicate manufacturing defects, but rather normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the footwear.

Please also note that the warranty covers only defects that are officially recognized as manufacturing defects. It does not cover signs of wear and tear or damage related to normal use of the shoes. If you want to restore the upper we can do this trough our repair service, shipping the pair in the factory.

We remain at your disposal for any further information you may require.

Ho regalato a mio marito un paio di splendidi mocassini Santoni: non ero sicura del modello e della calzata, così ho contattato l'assistenza clienti per un consiglio. Sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa dalla rapidità e dalla precisione della risposta! Oggi le scarpe sono arrivate, complete di un delizioso regalo, e soprattutto mio marito le adora. Sarò una cliente affezionata!

Amazing quality and excellent customer service

I was recently introduced to your brand during the VIP event at the Santoni boutique in Warsaw.
Following the event I made my first purchase online (the model I liked was not available at the boutique). The delivery was swift and packaging very elegant. The boots were solid and beautifully coloured in Santoni’s signature „velatura” finish.
I then contacted Customer Service with regard to the promotion. I received swift response from Stefano who answered my questions and resolved my query to my satisfaction, actually even exceeded my expectations.
I can recommend this brand to anyone looking for stylish high quality shoes and excellent service.

Ma commande ne convenait pas

Ma commande ne convenait pas , je l'ai donc renvoyée . Apres plus d'un mois d'attente , je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée . Le service client est inexistant et me répond toujours la même chose , ATTENDRE .

Esperienza più che negativa

Buongiorno
Esperienza più che negativa, ordinate un paio di stivali da 750€ il 30/11/2025 arrivati dopo oltre 20 gg, fatto il reso lo stesso giorno(etichetta di reso pagata da me 18€) arrivate nel loro magazzino il 27/12/2025.
Mi mandano un email il 09/01/2026 che il reso É stato accettato e che il rimborso sarà emesso entro 14 gg.
Oggi 28/01/2026 non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso e mi dicono dopo svariate email che ci sono problemi tecnici e a breve riceverò i miei Soldi.

The return policy of Santoni

The return policy of Santoni is not at all client friendly. I had to pay on top of the shipment the Italian custom taxes in order that Santoni gets the boots back.
Even though the quality is good the online shopping needs a lot of improvement. I will never order again !

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe da uomo quale regalo per mio marito . Taglia consigliata dalla loro guida risultata troppo piccola . Ottenuto il reso da santoni nonché Filoblu spa ho provveduto a rendere a carico mio le scarpe non idonee . Reso non è gratuito . Ehhh va bene . A distanza di un mese e mezzo non ho riscontro alcuno su rimborso né eventuali storni . Nulla . Silenzio totale . Una vergogna

Falsches Produkt geliefert / keine Antwort vom Support

Ich habe Schuhe für meinen Freund zu Weihnachten bestellt. Natürlich war die Lieferzeit viel länger als angegeben, sodass die Schuhe viel zu spät ankamen. Und als sie ankamen wurde das falsche Produkt in der falschen Größe geliefert. Sehr ärgerlich. Aber was am schlimmsten ist, ich habe am 3. Jänner dem Customer Support geschrieben und bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten. Heute schreibe ich nochmals. Sehr unprofessionell. Es war auch kein Rücksendeschein dabei.

Enttäuschender Customer Service

Ich habe online bestellt, die Lieferzeit sollte max 4 Tage dauern. Der Status der Lieferung ist seit 11 Tagen unverändert. Die Hotline ist zu keiner Zeit erreichbar, auf meine Nachfrage per Mail wird nicht geantwortet. Die Bestellung sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein. Leider ist das Geld für die Bestellung schon im voraus eingezogen. Sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis!

Great shoes, Ineffective Customer Care

Great shoes, terrible customer service.
Decide to purchase a Blue ombré colored shoes, side note, my favorite pair, ($1,500) after being told that it comes with complimentary shoe polishing.
FFWD to when I went back to the Boutique to have them polished, only to be told that they cannot polish them to the original color because that’ll cost $750+ and need to be sent out - but they can polish it to 1 solid color….
I reached out to Santoni Customer Care, who played semantics instead of answering my inquiry directly.
They say standard's polishing and patina refresh are 2 separate services.
They incorrectly claimed the Boutique I purchased the shoes from don’t offer the service, which is false they do and I’ve used it in the past…
But disregarded the fact that their standard polish will not maintain the original appearance of the shoes and that their promise of complimentary polishing is effectively meaningless for this model.
…. After all that, they said - we refer you back to the Boutiue where the purchase was made…. Been there done that, that’s why I reached out. (See below excerpt)

It’s the last time I purchase Santoni shoes directly from the Boutique, if ever.

Further to your request, we kindly inform you that all shoes can be polished in any boutique where this service is available, thanks to our in-house shoe shiner. Alternatively, customers may also have their shoes polished by any external cobbler.

At the moment, the Miami boutique does not offer a polishing service, while it is available, for example, in our New York boutique.

The patina refresh service, however, is different: it must be carried out at our headquarters, and the shoes need to be sent to the company through our repair service.
We remain at your disposal for any further information.

The information provided by our Customer Service team is correct. Standard polishing and patina refresh are two completely different services.
Polishing is a complimentary service available in the boutiques that offer it, and it helps maintain shine and basic color uniformity.
Patina refresh, however, is a specialized artisan process that restores or recreates the original ombré effect. This service can only be performed at our headquarters in Italy.
For this reason, the patina refresh is a paid service. The cost is €80, and the shoes must be sent to our Italian workshop to ensure the best possible result in line with our quality standards.

We understand your frustration, and we apologize if the distinction between the two services was not immediately clear during your interactions.

Should you wish to proceed with the patina refresh or need further assistance, we will be glad to guide you through the process.
