3 night trip to Porto booked for us by Sarah promptly and with 3 great choices to choose from within our stated budget. Highly recommended. Many thanks looking forward to our trip !

My recent trip to Lapland with Simply Lapland was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat, and I have Sarah Davis to thank for making this dream come true.
The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly witnessing the mesmerizing spectacle of the northern lights dancing across the sky. It's a sight that will forever be etched in my memory.
But beyond the natural wonders, Simply Lapland provided an exceptional experience all around. The resort exuded warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. From the cozy accommodations to the delicious food, every aspect of the stay was top-notch.
What truly set this trip apart were the plethora of activities available. Whether it was husky sledding through the snow-covered landscape, snowmobiling under the starlit sky, or simply enjoying the serene beauty of nature on a leisurely walk, there was never a dull moment.
But perhaps the most memorable part was the genuine camaraderie fostered among fellow travelers and the staff. It felt like being part of a close-knit community, sharing laughs and creating lifelong memories together.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Lapland to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure in Lapland. Trust me; the pictures may speak volumes, but experiencing it firsthand is an entirely different level of magic. Thank you, Sarah Davis, and the entire team at Simply Lapland, for an unforgettable journey.

I asked Sarah to find us an first child free holiday since we were married and we were not disappointed! From day 1 Sarah took the time to think about options of what might work, as an additional ask we were celebrating an early major birthday so wanted it to be special........it was.
We settled on Mauritius and the Constance Belle Mare Plage, and again the choice was a good one as it was superb. Sarah's communication and advice was first class, so glad we used her and would not hesitate to recommend as a very safe and experienced pair of hands, will certainly be booing more holidays through Sarah moving forward.

Sarah was absolutely incredible at planning a European adventure for my dad (77 years old) who had flown from Australia. From the first email right through his trip Sarah was on hand to answer any questions I had. My dads requests were very specific on places he would like to visit and Sarah was able to give us many options to choose from including price ranges before piecing everything together like a puzzle.
My dad travelled from the UK to Amsterdam to join a River Boat cruise down the Rhine for 7 days, she booked all of his transfers, connections and hotels which were all seamless. My dad then stayed in Paris for 2 nights to join a Monet Garden tour as well as the Battlefields tour. When he left Paris, he was collected by private transfer to then fly to Venice where he joined an ocean cruise for 9 nights before returning to the UK. In total my dad travelled for 3 weeks. It was perfect in every way and he loved every minute.
I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone wanting to book or plan a holiday or longer adventure. She takes the stress away knowing that everything has been taken care of. Thank you so much for your help, we really appreciate it.

This review should have been done months ago. These words write about Sarah Davies. A truly amazing travel consultant that I have never seen before.

For the past 18 years it always come to that time for decision making for the perfect holiday, location, perfect remedy for all to enjoy, perfect price and just basically the family member booking the holiday (not to mess up) as then there is possibly blame by others for expectations dulled! This I have experienced before..

By amazing luck, this year 2023 we were recommended Sarah at the last hour. And with a month to go before August, she absolutely pulled everything out the bag and effortlessly sorted it, for our family of 4. (Teenagers included)!

The attention to detail, the organisation, the genuine care, the advice, the knowledge and the support was utterly sublime. And I can truly say that I have never ever seen this before with regards to travel.

Sarah made our holiday happen. An incredible deluxe resort in Crete, that I always thought was off the spectrum. Not only this, again she managed this 4 weeks prior to departure. The work that she put, created the most beautiful memories for all of us.

Life has just become a little bit easier, when it comes to booking travel in general. So privileged to know you and so grateful.

There are no words, other than thank you Sarah.

You/your company are above and beyond. Seriously quite something ❤️

With love
Lisa

I have used Sarah a couple of times to build holidays for us. The first time last year to Orlando, absolutely faultless advice, help and holiday. Then more recently for a holiday to Europe. Sarah’s expertise and kind nature helped us to build exactly what we wanted and was on hand to answer question and assist as and when needed. I will be forever grateful to Sarah and can’t wait to start on the next one!

Highly recommended travel consultant. We have used Sarah or several occasions and will continue to do so. Her expertise and experience have ensured that she selects the perfect holidays for our requirements.
Nothing is too much trouble, she really is dedicated to providing the best service.

We have just returned from an incredible trip to Mauritius. Sarah went above and beyond to make this trip so memorable for my family.
I couldn’t recommend Sarah enough, by far the best travel agent we have ever used.

This is the second holiday that Sarah has arranged for us, her attention to detail is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Sarah, brilliant once again

Sarah has been absolutely fantastic helping us to find and plan our long haul family holiday and going above and beyond for a recent trip that we were completely stuck booking tickets for. Sarah completely understood our needs, worries and hopes for our long haul trip, refining ideas and destination to create an exceptionally thought through trip. We will be coming back to Sarah for years to come, her thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient approach is exceptional.

Thank you to the amazing Sarah. We can't thank you enough for the amazing Florida Holiday you put together for us.
You were brilliant all the way through from booking till the day we travelled, going above and beyond. Disney was exhausting but fantastic and magical, Universal was just brilliant ending with a relaxing 5 days at St Petes beach. Take me back 🥰

I have used Sarah for all of my holidays since 2020. On our recent Asia Adventure with my family- she has excelled!!
From the start she has been patient and researched many different aspects of the trip- carefully piecing together all flights/ transfers and accommodation. We took in 3 nights Dubai- 4 nights in Singapore and 8 nights in Thailand.
It was amazing !! I can’t thank you enough xxx
Even when there was a blup in Singapore with online check in- Sarah and her colleague Mitzi resolved within an hour despite the time difference!!!
I highly recommend Sarah - can’t wait to plan the next trip with you xxx

Sarah has been really patient and supportive in guiding us through all the options and then helping us finalise our choice and make our booking. She’s very responsive and knowledgable. Would not hesitate to recommend her.

We’d been planning a special family trip for a while but had been confused by all the options out there. Sarah immediately simplified everything and was endlessly flexible and helpful until we landed on our perfect trip. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and will definitely use her again!

Sarah was excellent in coming up with different options for October half term at fairly short notice as we'd had to wait for our daughters new passport to arrive! After exploring several places we decided on Cyprus and had a wonderful time, our daughter was in the pool for the whole week! The room was great and the hotel was lovely, it ticked all the boxes we were looking for. I would highly recommend Sarah, she made the whole process feel easy and nothing was too much trouble.

Incredible! I wish I could write an essay to describe the outstanding ways that Sarah has helped and supported me recently. Sarah is simply incredible. She deeply cares about her job and the families she is working with…
A friend recommended Sarah to me, a few months ago, when I had mentioned I was struggling to find a family holiday. Within hours of first contacting Sarah, she had suggested some brilliant holiday options to suit our preferences. The result was a fantastic holiday, which I would never have found myself, and never thought we could have afforded. Sarah is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and she will go above and beyond for you. She is wonderful and kind and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone. My family and I will certainly be looking forward to booking the next holiday with her as soon as we can! Sarah, Thankyou so much.

Sarah has been an absolute star and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to deliver myself and my family a holiday that I though would be way above our budget. Sarah was the personification of efficiency, understood our needs and wants instantly and within 24hrs had sourced multiple options for us to choose.
The hardest part of the process was deciding which option and destination to choose and she even helped out there!
I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to all and sundry - in fact I have been singing her praises to family and friends and I will be booking again for a family celebration later in the year.
Thank you Sarah - you have been a god send.

Sarah is a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the industry and her communication are fantastic! Thank you Sarah for booking us an amazing family holiday!

Sarah

worked hard and fast and nothing was a problem. i am fussy and she worked well to find us a great deal.

Sarah provided excellent service and expertise, ensuring that we were provided numerous options after we set out the break we were after. A quick follow up allowed us to finalise the destination and itinerary shortly after. The supporting material around holiday checklists were really useful and we are looking forward to our break in Iceland later this year.
