I ordered a top from this webshop, but the item I received does not match the pictures on the website. The color is different, and the pattern is not as shown. There were also marks on the fabric upon arrival.

I have contacted customer service but have not received a response yet.

For international deliveries, at checkout three shipping options are offered at reasonable prices, including a free option above a certain purchase amount. At no point is it mentioned that additional fees may have to be paid upon arrival: there is no asterisk, no note stating that “customs fees may apply.” In the end, I had to pay an additional €51 upon delivery. For me, this is unacceptable, because I would never have placed the order if I had been informed about these extra charges.

In addition, the delivery time indicated is completely inaccurate. I paid extra for delivery advertised between 5 and 6 days, but my package actually arrived after 15 days. When I contacted customer service, they replied that the delivery time was only an estimate and that they could not do anything about it. Once again, this shows misleading information at the time of payment.

Finally, the quality is really not impressive considering the price of the dress. Overall, it feels like yet another Instagram brand relying on its popularity while failing to properly respect its customers.

Do not accept the discount codes as it voids any refund, the consumer only finds this out when you try and return a garment for any reason (scam) read fine print. Also no return information, you must email first and communication is light on with a return policy of 14 days. Worst online shopping experience.

Exactly the same as most of the other 1 star reviews. Really poor customer service, and if you use the welcome code which pops up at your final purchase, you cannot get a refund only a store credit. The dress is really poorly made. I ordered an xxs because it said it runs large. There is no zip to get into the dress so it is really difficult to get on. Once on it fits ok, but too hard to take on and off. I exchanged it for the next size, but this one is massive and falls off. I can’t be bothered to deal with customer service again, so will o sell the dress. I will never purchase from them again, and warn anyone about buying from them. Do not use the welcome code. You will get stuck with a product you don’t want. The dress was $260, so not cheap, but poorly made and designed. Buyer beware

The worst customer service. I had never experienced such a frustrating communication. It was my first time making an order and they didn't want to refund me money, because I used "welcome code" for 15% off. After sending few emails I've been confirmed that they will do "exception" and make a refund, but since I send them back my order and it got delivered exactly 2.5 weeks ago to their warehouse I haven't heard from them. No confirmation letter that they got my order and will proceed on the refund - nothing. I follow up with an email and 2 days no response. Today is a 3rd day and I have decided to forward my email I sent to them, but still nothing.
Such a scam company, it's sad, because they do have some nice style clothes, bur the sizing is really bad and costumer service even worse. I ordered a dress in XXS, i usually wear xs or s, but the dress was so big that i'm guessing it would be more similar to a medium. That's one of the reasons i didn't want a store credit.

Overall, really frustrating and truly not worth it, as we have way better brands in Australia for cute clothes and with much better customer service xx

Ik heb van tevoren de reviews gelezen en daarom zonder kortingscode besteld voor als ik het zou willen retourneren. Het kostte ongeveer 1,5 week om binnen te komen maar ik had ook het paasweekend er tussen zitten. Wel moet je als je in nederland woont nog 30 euro aan invoerkosten betalen achteraf. Dat is belangrijk om te weten voordat je besteld. Gelukkig paste mijn jurk erg goed en is de kwaliteit van de stof ook erg goed. Reuze blij mee!

Sasha Therese customer service would not refund me because I used a one-time new customer 10% discount code. Their policy qualifies this as a sale item and they are only providing a store credit, not refunding to the original payment made.

I feel this is poor customer service to retain payment for an unsatisfactory product just because a first time customer discount was used. I will not be purchasing from Sasha Therese again.

Very happy with my purchase. The skirt fits well and the fabric is so soft. Love the colour and 90s style.

I recently had to return an item and found the process far more difficult than it should have been.

The main issue was that using a welcome discount code meant I was initially refused a refund and only offered store credit. This condition was not clearly disclosed at checkout, which is a significant omission given it directly affects a customer’s refund rights.

I had to follow up multiple times and push the issue before the refund was eventually processed as a “one-time exception.” Most customers would likely not realise they can challenge this.

Even once resolved, a portion of the original shipping cost was deducted from the refund, despite the circumstances and the fact that I had already paid to return the item.

While the refund was ultimately provided, the process lacked transparency and required unnecessary effort. Conditions that materially affect returns should be clearly presented upfront, not buried in terms and conditions.

I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the returns policy before purchasing — particularly if using any discount code.

Predatory business practice.

I bought a dress from them for $115 roughly. I used a first time welcome code.

Tried to return the dress and they told me I could not return it because I used the welcome code discount.

They told me they could do store credit but stopped replying my emails so I could get the store credit.

The dress was made from awful cheap SHEIN quality. For over $100 I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’m obsessed with Sasha Therese. The quality of their pieces is amazing and you can really feel the attention to detail. I have the Electra Maxi Dress in red, the Lorelei Top in blue, and the Lucia Top in white, and they are all such standout pieces.

I get so many compliments every time I wear them. The designs feel really unique and special, not like anything else. I always feel confident and put together in their pieces and will definitely keep coming back for more.

The refund policy is extremely unfair as nowhere on their website it states that you are not eligible for the refund if any kind of discount is applied. In addition to that they are not covering any of the postage and shipping to Australia is very expensive. Very much regret ever buying from this company. Much better companies and products available for the price.

Have bought so many things from this amazing brand returns are so easy, such great quality on all there pieces will definitely continue to buy.
