I have multiple peices and the quality is exceptional each time. Sometimes I struggle with the sizing as I am quite tall however the exchanges are super easy!

Beautiful dress! Great quality and design, the material adjusts smoothly to the body. The only detail is that the length goes a little too long for people with average to short height, which makes it a little tricky to walk.

I started having issues with Sasha Therese as soon as I placed my orders. I ordered two outfits in separate transactions. The first order was fine, but with the second order they took my payment and I never received an order confirmation. I emailed them several times and never received a response.

The second order eventually arrived, but it was a few days late despite me paying for express shipping. Unfortunately, neither outfit was suitable.

When I returned the first order, I was refused a refund because I had used a discount code. The discount code kept automatically popping up while I was browsing the website, and I later found out that using it meant the items were treated as sale items and were not eligible for a refund. I found this very misleading and feel it catches customers out.

For the second order, because I never received an order confirmation, I emailed three times asking how to return it. I still haven't received a single reply.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, poor communication, late delivery despite paying for express shipping, and a misleading returns policy. I won't be shopping with Sasha Therese again.

Great clothing, beautifully made and great material. Would definitely order again. Only downfall living in the UK and having a pay custom charges which was fairly expensive, but otherwise a wonderful experience!

Every order has been on time and fits as stated . The dresses I have ordered were great material . Nothing thin or cheap . I seen the dress on line and it looked exactly as the picture the model wore . Quality great, fit perfect, color amazing.

Extremely bad quality and bad service! I had to pay almost €60 to receive the dress that I payed €100, becomes they don’t pay the delivery bill. And now that I want to send it back because the quality of the dress is REALLY BAD I need to pay almost the price of the dress.

I bought the vest tops with support in them they fit like a glove and give the girls a fab boost! Love them 🩷 wish they were in the UK! Maybe I’ll start shipping to my sister in Oz x
