If you live in the Uk do not buy from this site . They are based in Australia and don't have a simple cheap return system. If it doesn't fit you it needs to be returned back to Australia at a big customer cost. I bought a little( approx £100) flimsy dress and wanted to return it however the quote was £26.10 to return and that is without protection!
To make matters worse when I first went on the Sasha Therese site they offered a small first time buyers discount code, which naturally I used .
They then in formed me because I used that code they won't do a refund so I can only send it back to be given vouchers. No thanks ( There is no warning of this on the site )
This is disgusting and companies such as Sasha Therese should not be allowed to trade like this . They were very slow in responding
There advice was to try and resell it on line! Don't touch them with a barge pole, would be my advice!

I purchased a dress and as a first time customer to Sasha Therese, got offered a discount code BY THEM on THEIR website. The dress was terrible plastic like material and didn't fit well at all and when I went to return it, found I couldn't get a refund because I had used a discount code (that they had offered me).

I understand that you often can't return sale items but I have never experienced being unable to return a non sale item when using a discount code, that was offered to you by them.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. The worst experience ever. This is not how you gain loyal customers.

I applied a promo code at checkout. It was offered to me on their site as a **new customer.** The dress didn't fit. When I pursued a refund, I was informed: NO REFUNDS IF *ANY* PROMO CODE IS APPLIED. I understand, you can't return sale items or other restrictions. This is different. We all know it.
And this is so dishonest. Churn and burn doesn't sustain a business.

Excellent first time experience. Very satisfied with order process and delivery updates. Quality of the Black Mira Maxi dress size xxl was high and will look to order again. Thank you and good luck with success of your shop !! :-)

Item too big and I followed return process and contacted customer service (twice) in order to start the return process but they never reply.

The instructions within the t&c’s state to contact customer services to advise which item you wish to return. I am aware return costs are my responsibility

Their reply below is not helpful as it just says to contact the same email address I have been contacting!!

I paid over $100 for a pair of pants that were such low quality such a horrible cut I would be embarrassed walking around in public wearing them. I tried to cancel my order before they were even sent because they were taking so long to ship and received no response to numerous emails. After receiving the pants and being so angry at how cheap they were for the price I tried to start a return but they give you no return label and the only way to contact them to start a return is thru email that they NEVER answer. So if you do not return the item within a 14 day window of delivery you don't get a refund but how do you do that when they don't tell you where to return. HORRIBLE company. I had to file a dispute with my bank

Lovely Sasha makes the shopping experience personalised and has a care and love for fashion and her customers! Such nice dresses and jeans with helpful sizing system.

Customer service was slow and unhelpful when I pointed out a mistake on their website. Also the dress is coming 4 days after the expected arrival.

Order arrived quickly without problems. The dress is sheer and I was not expecting it to be sheer. Not lined and only mesh. The photos are a bit deceiving. Not sure why or how they took that shot without seeing all the things.

I haven’t received my items. I received a notice that they weren’t able to deliver but they only tried once. I have emailed customer service and not received a response. This was an order for an event coming up. Very disappointing

Worse customer service there is none clothes are very difficult to send back u need to jump through hoops then as I had discount code would only receive store credit will never buy clothes there again worse experience

I ordered something that I was hoping to wear to a party tuesday, when I realized it wouldn’t make it to me on time I reached out to cancel & they immediately responded & reimbursed me & even apologized! Very friendly, professional & responsive!

This is my second order from the company. First order ran smoothly and no unexpected shipping fees.
2nd order, approximately 3 weeks to deliver and hit with a £63.82 shipping fee! I understand shipping fees may occur, moving forward THIS must be shown at check out and not by Royal Mail handing me a shipping fee note. I would not have ordered if I had know my grey top and matching trousers would cost me over £200 I would have not ordered. I advise anyone to think carefully about ordering from this company the clothes are just not worth it at the end of the day unless you don't mind being hit with huge fees...

I ordered a top from this webshop, but the item I received does not match the pictures on the website. The color is different, and the pattern is not as shown. There were also marks on the fabric upon arrival.

I have contacted customer service but have not received a response yet.

For international deliveries, at checkout three shipping options are offered at reasonable prices, including a free option above a certain purchase amount. At no point is it mentioned that additional fees may have to be paid upon arrival: there is no asterisk, no note stating that “customs fees may apply.” In the end, I had to pay an additional €51 upon delivery. For me, this is unacceptable, because I would never have placed the order if I had been informed about these extra charges.

In addition, the delivery time indicated is completely inaccurate. I paid extra for delivery advertised between 5 and 6 days, but my package actually arrived after 15 days. When I contacted customer service, they replied that the delivery time was only an estimate and that they could not do anything about it. Once again, this shows misleading information at the time of payment.

Finally, the quality is really not impressive considering the price of the dress. Overall, it feels like yet another Instagram brand relying on its popularity while failing to properly respect its customers.

Great quality and a lovely experience

Do not accept the discount codes as it voids any refund, the consumer only finds this out when you try and return a garment for any reason (scam) read fine print. Also no return information, you must email first and communication is light on with a return policy of 14 days. Worst online shopping experience.

Exactly the same as most of the other 1 star reviews. Really poor customer service, and if you use the welcome code which pops up at your final purchase, you cannot get a refund only a store credit. The dress is really poorly made. I ordered an xxs because it said it runs large. There is no zip to get into the dress so it is really difficult to get on. Once on it fits ok, but too hard to take on and off. I exchanged it for the next size, but this one is massive and falls off. I can’t be bothered to deal with customer service again, so will o sell the dress. I will never purchase from them again, and warn anyone about buying from them. Do not use the welcome code. You will get stuck with a product you don’t want. The dress was $260, so not cheap, but poorly made and designed. Buyer beware
