I cant give a 5 star at the moment solely because I am so early into the process- I will definitely come back to up my rating if im happy with how my case is handled (which i trust i will be).
So far ive gotten as far as my housing disrepair case being accepted. Kaya made me feel listened to and hopeful about my case. I fully trust these solicitors, I just am very anxious about how my landlords compliance will be as this is the first time I have ever taken legal action and going to court is the last thing I want to do. There was housing disrepair issues in my home that was ongoing over the period of 10 years, Southwark Council failed to resolve the disrepair issues as a result of their dereliction of duty caused issues in my home and I contacted, Satchell Moran Solicitors and they filed litigation and compensation claim and dealt with the matter and I was compensated for my disrepair claim, currently works are still progressing by the council. Wanted to speak to them about a hospital negligence claim.
Phoned Thursday 13th August was told someone would ring me back. Nope.
Phoned Friday arranged for 4pm call. Nope.

Law service is not very nice they gave me false hope when they took my case horrible service HORRIBLE I did reported them to the solicitor regulating authority 😡we came to them for help when a public authority caused abuse upon me !! They give false hope and don't deal with cases properly !!!!!! Other than that there call handlers are nice and professional 😡😡😡🙏🙏

This firm does not listen or conduct fair comprehension of most cases . They are not regulated by sra and they abuse disabled traumatic brain injury people as my experience
I'll gain based on monetary wins ..not on the rights of us all .
Give them only a small part of a case and they see if it suits them without any in depth understanding of the rule of law and duty of our rights ...this is the typical Solicitors that would fail in court and waste your time . They collect data then abuse our rights...stay away from this solicitors .
