As noted in our return policy, the cost of an international return label is 35 EUR, and unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return falls under specific exceptions outlined in our policy. This information is clearly stated and is also communicated to customers when they request a return label, to avoid any confusion.

We sincerely apologize that your experience with our return process left you feeling disappointed. That was never our intention. Please note that sale items are final and, according to our policy, non-returnable. However, as you requested a size exchange, we made an exception and accepted your return request for an exchange. Since we do not offer a direct exchange service, you’ll need to place a new order for the desired size. Once the new order is shipped and your return arrives, we can process the refund for your returned item.
