Quality, Style, Great Value and Service
My intention when purchasing from Sauths was to invest in good quality linen dresses to wear on trips to the Caribbean and at home in Canada. I wanted pieces that would last, be comfy and in classic styling that will stand the test of time. My first purchase was the Carmen dress in black. I absolutely love the quality of the linen, the fit and the workmanship. I have since reordered the Carmen dress in beige - can't wait til it arrives. As well, I purchased the Vernanza dress in navy - timeless and ageless styling - very well made! What made purchasing these dresses an easy decision, is the customer service I received from ELENA. She helped me with sizing between styles, colouring, restocking etc - very responsive! Even with the additional expense of duty you are receiving a quality product at a very reasonable cost.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Despite an order and agreement to refund after placing an additional order for another size. They refused the refund and return.
Had I read the reviews before purchasing I wouldn’t have purchased.
Buyer beware! This is not a reputable company and should not be trading in the U.K. if they are not abiding by the customer service levels we expect. Now I have an extra garment I have no use for! Double the expense and had to wait over 2 weeks for the 2nd order!
Do not order from these people! I am a U.K. business owner and this isn’t an ethical or trustworthy business.
Interesting post regarding make to order the website clearly stated that the item ordered was in stock. The first item arrived in a very quick time frame. I had therefore to chase the 2nd purchase to be told it was make to order.
I do believe customer service to be the epitome of any on line business which Sauths have failed in.
The U.K. a policy is clearly 30 day returns - if you want to do business in this country you must abide by its laws.
‘You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.’

You have 30 days to return faulty goods and receive a full refund. You're entitled to ask for a refund or price reduction after one failed attempt by the retailer to repair or replace a faulty item. Or you can request another repair or price reduction at no extra cost.

Quick to take your money but very slow…
Quick to take your money but very slow to provide the goods. Not trustworthy. Placed an order on 4 January. Now 16 January and tracking shows the shipment hasn’t gone anywhere? Contacted Sauths on 9 January I was promised a response within 48 hours yet still nothing??? I have now requested a cancellation of my order as I can see I made a mistake trusting this company. I can see this is going to be a very long process so I wouldn’t advise using this company. Communication is everything.

The clothes are extremely overpriced…
The clothes are extremely overpriced for the quality and the cuts. I was expecting much better quality and I am so disappointed that I am returning the pants and dress I bought, which look like sacks and/or pyjamas. It is also extremely disappointing that I have to pay AUD$60 to return the items via DHL. I would avoid buying these clothes unless you can try them on.
After I followed their suggestion below and got in touch, the solution that they came up with was for me to pay the $60 to return the clothes... nice gaslighting.

Perfect finishing touch for my bedroom
Just received 2 button detail pillowcases and could not be more thrilled with my purchase. Good quality linen, beautifully made and a lovely natural colour. Also beautifully packaged and presented. A well deserved 5 stars.

Great trousers, beautyfull color, nice linen. Since my delivery was very delayed i contacted sauth by mail. within a day the problem was solved and within a week the delivery was made. Good service!

I am obsessed with their linen dresses!
I have ordered 4 linen dresses from Sauths and love them all. The linen quality is excellent: a little on the heavy side but this means that it is not transparent, which is good. It softens up nicely after a few washes and is completely machine washable and dryable. The sizes tend to fit large and long, so order a size down. You can ask them to shorten a hem before they send your item to you. The additional cost of duty (I live in Canada) was unexpected with my first order, but I still ordered 3 more dresses after that because even with the duty expense, you are still getting a great price for the quality.

A Fantastic Company!
I found the waistcoats I ordered from Sauths to be well made, beautiful colours (beige and deep blue) and the quality of the linen was outstanding. I did make the mistake of not properly checking the detailed measurements Sauths give in their size chart and I ordered medium, which is normally size 12 and fits me well.But it is quite small and being linen and fitted, had no 'give' so had to be returned for exchange to large. One waistcoat went missing in transit and never arrived to me: Sauths were great! Issued a refund and sent me the size up that I'd wanted anyway. I found their customer services to be one of the best I've ever dealt with. I don't like writing reviews but this company deserve 5 stars all the way so I'm writing this one. So,just be careful of the size you're ordering, be prepared to wait a couple of weeks for delivery(from Lithuania), and insure any returns you make.

10/10 quality and customer service
I've purchased from sauths twice now - two tops, a pair of pants, and two dresses. The quality is exceptional, NOT thin/sheer, and feels wonderful on the skin. Customer service is also impeccable and sets Sauths apart from other brands. Will purchase again!
