Lack of communication and follow-up service. Despite repeated emails, I have not received the product I ordered and paid for.

I ordered in Oct 2025, I have never received my order.
I have sent numerous emails and never heard anything back from them.
They took my money in October.
Do not order from this company, they are a scam.

Customer service started out well. They were supposed to send a replacement in October. I have tried contacting them several times since and have been ghosted. I feel like 3 months and several ignored emails validates my 1 star review.

The communication is awful. Actually, it’s reprehensible. I place an order for 4- FOUR of these- two for me and one each as a Christmas present, and I have had zero communication on the status of the order. I have emailed no response. Called- the phone number is out of service. I’ve bought two prior and had no issue, this time. Awful. I couldn’t even get a refund if I wanted to because I can’t get hold of anyone. I placed my order on 12/5/25. It’s now 1/11/26 and still nothing. Extremely disappointed.

I'm sorry to say that this is a scam - i've paid the money back in early november 2025. been on to the email and still haven't received product nor refund. very disappointed - don't throw away your money on this.

What an incredible toy! It has brought my libido back after 8 years of being a widow. I use it at least once a week and have multiple orgasms. Highly recommended!

I was sceptical when I first came across this site on Facebook but being curious and wanting to experience the levels of pleasure as described by other older and mature ladies that I decided to give it a go. OMG what a joy and pleasure and the best gift ever to myself. I just want to shout it from the roof tops for what ladies are missing out on.

I had originally given this company one star because of their lack of communication and product returns.

Upon reading my review , I was contacted and I’m happy to report that they have been very responsive, gave me a return address within the United States and refunded my original payment. So I wanted to update my review of this company. Thanks!

Debated for months whether to spend this much on myself. Now I wish I hadn't waited so long. The quality and effectiveness have improved my wellbeing in ways that feel priceless compared to the cost.

After 6 months of regular use, my VIVA works exactly the same as day one. The battery still holds a charge for the same amount of time and all the functions work perfectly. Nothing has degraded or worn out.

UPDATED - I ordered and then received emails stating my order had been shipped and that I should by now be enjoying my product, HOWEVER, I am in the UK and the order had not yet been shipped and it was weeks until it was sorted out with no simple email explaining right from the beginning that my order would take longer to deliver because I was in the UK. The delay was unnerving and I sadly have been scammed previously and assumed this was the same situation ... but I later found out it was just a communication/delivery issue and eventually my product arrived.

I am happy with the product and the price I paid, I just wish I hadn`t had the initial upset worrying I had been scammed (as I already knew the amount I paid was below the financial recovery threshold, so I was kicking myself for what I thought was a foolish act on my part).

I have changed my 1 star review to 3 stars - this is because of the upset due to the product not arriving for weeks, and numerous emails at the beginning of the process; if I was just reviewing the product it would be 4 stars (or possibly 5 to reflect the value for money).

I have been offered a refund in recognition of the upset, however, I have declined this as I am happy with the product and I do not want something for nothing (I did not post a negative review so that I could benefit financially - it was to try to avoid others being upset the way I had been, unnecessarily as it turned out after the product eventually arrived).

My order arrived today (5th June) - I ordered and paid on 23rd May. It took a long time to arrive as it was shipped from another country - I did not know this and was unnerved, so I felt this was a scam. My order has arrived - I will review the product separately.

READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS :-( no refund or return IF items do arrive as they are sale items, despite web site claim of 100 day risk free trial. There is a reason this company do not have a hyperlink to Trustpilot on their web page - because the Trustpilot rating of 4.7 and claim of 132,781 reviews is fake - many less reviews, and only recently set up - see scamdoc . com analysis. UK scam - bank will not deal with this until 30 days after transaction - email from `Lucy Brown` at savvy-viva reassuring me my purchase (7 days ago) is in transit, Royal Mail beg to differ. Yes, I should have done my own review search ... always learning - expensive error.

TRUSTPILOT - you are being used to advertise this company as trustworthy - you should do something about this

I ordered on May 16, 2025 and the money was taken out of my account right away! I did not get a receipt and paid $89 including shipping. If my purchase does not arrive in two more days (considering the holiday) I’ll have my bank reverse the charges. Also, AFTER my purchase I got all these coupons in my email 🙄

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! They take your money immediately and when you try to cancel the order, you get an automated, robotic response and get a runaround. I contacted customer service REPEATEDLY for WEEKS to cancel the order, which had not shipped, and they kept saying they would send my request to the appropriate agent. Then I'd get the automated email response that made no sense to my situation. SCAMMERS!! AVOID THIS "COMPANY"!!

I’m going to start my review now since I ordered my product on April 9, 2025 and today is April 21, 2025 and my order hasn’t shipped. I have been going back and forth for DAYS with someone named Lucy Brown who has been gaslighting me daily and not answering direct questions and being condescending. She also wrote in an email that for all of this trouble she was going to give me a deep discount on the product I haven’t received yet but I’ve asked now 4 times what the discount will be and she’s continued to avoid the question but always adds obnoxious hearts to her message as if I’m new or something! I wouldn’t recommend this company friends or enemies. Highly unlikely I will receive the product so now the question is if I’ll actually get a refund or if Lucy Brown will continue to make shit up as she goes along! Should I actually receive this product before the end of April, I will update my review.

Oh and date of experience? It’s been going on now for almost 2 weeks! Viva la SuckAss!

Purchased product having read that 100 days to try and full refund if not absolutely satisfied, no questions asked... but when I tried to charge it before use, as instructions state, it didnt seem to charge, and the "blow" facility was less than a gnat breathing on my face! Requested to return and was told they don't accept returns for hygiene reasons, they don't offer refunds on sale items, etc etc.
I went back to website which was saying, we are so confident you will love it, that if you don't, you can have a full refund AND keep the product!!
Lucy Brown says, I will forward your message to the relevant team and you then hear nothing forever.....
AND NOTE.... Your 60 days ( not 100) start the day you ORDER, not when you receive it....

OH......If this is a bona fide company, seems odd that "Lucy Brown" is the ONLY customer care expert....

Bought new product Tiana. What a load of rubbish, tried to get a return and refund same day it was delivered. Not interested in customer, only selling products. Told as it was on offer no refund. Advised does not work, no reply at all. Don't buy from this company.

I purchased the savvy Viva after seeing an ad for it. I received the product and tried it out. I found it to be just as effective as other devices. So I asked for a refund. They told me that because it's "on sale" they can't issue a refund. That's all of their products! They do this so they don't have to return anybody's money. Horrible company to deal with. Especially when their intentionally ripping people off by not giving them a refund if they ask for it.
