Bought an item 1 year ago. Used 7 times stopped working. Cannot access their website

I placed my order on 3/1/2006 online on Viva extensions website, paid 65 $ cash on delivery. Received a confirmation email from Maria kaslik Beirut.
I requested a return since it is within their policy " refund up to 3 days "
Reem holding a KSA wtsp nb texted me giving the confirmation for cancellation.
Maria at her end ( lebanon ) canceled the order though the item is still with me. They both stopped replying to my emails & wtsp. I know I will never see my money back again unless I sue Viva extensions!
Plus the hair is not 100% natural it has synthetic hair mixed with since I took it to experts of hair extensions in lebanon to check it. They immediately said return it!
Total scam!

Order still not received. Item purchased Oct 19, 2025. I have sent emails dated 11/4, 11/12, 12/6 and 12/11 all of 2025. I thought this company was legit. Oh well, it always takes a least one scam to teach us a lesson.

I ordered a product a couple of years ago from Viva and found it to be excellent. I decided to buy a package of 3 items on an offer in October. After about 2 weeks I mailed them to ask when my order would be delivered. I got a response apologising for the delay saying they'd look into it. I chased a few more times and got the same sort of response. Then the replies stopped. I'm so disappointed as I didn't have this issue first time round and highly rate the product.

Scam ! Never received the product I bought, but I did get a refund from PayPal.

Do not order! You will never receive a product & there is no customer service.
There is no phone number to contact them. Waste of time & money.

The website says that the products are made in the USA but the ones that Aaron Ware owner of Viva Products sent to me for the brand ambassadorship came from China.

This company has NOT responded to THREE of my emails on returning an unopened package. I mailed the package back over a month ago and they will not respond. I am requesting a refund on my card.

Cancelled order and and order came anyway wasnt even what I ordered, now trying to return and they are giving me excuses on why I cant even though they say they have 10percent satification

I would leave a zero if I could. First, shipping time was very very long. Once I received it, it was a different color (black) than what the ads all show (pink) - no big deal, just confusing. It will not charge.... when the magnetic charger is connected, the magnetic connection is pretty weak, it does not hold together very well. Then, it will not charge. It blinks red a few times then goes to a solid blue.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! They take your money immediately and when you try to cancel the order, you get an automated, robotic response and get a runaround. I contacted customer service REPEATEDLY for WEEKS to cancel the order, which had not shipped, and they kept saying they would send my request to the appropriate agent. Then I'd get the automated email response that made no sense to my situation. SCAMMERS!! AVOID THIS "COMPANY"!!

If I could give no stars I would. I bought this for relaxing! I was diagnosed with pre cancer cells on my vulva 2 days after I ordered this. The treatment is twice a week and extremely sore. I have contacted customer service many times, the first time I was told I could not return as I bought on offer ! A free pack of sleep patches. I've not used these. No more emails have been replied to. This product is always on some kind of offer therefor no one will ever get a refund. Viva need to check the rules on distant selling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service have now refunded me and have emailed many times asking me to remove thos review. I will not be doing this. This company offers a refund service. Many months I spent time trying to get someone to reply then it was months of reason why they would not refund. My review will stay

My wife ordered 2 of these by mistake,& quickly cancelled 1 of them..but they had already taken the money from my account,this was on April,4 2025,and they sent the 1 that she ordered..now they refuse to return my money(around)$87 dollars..they said it would take 4-5 business days,when that time was up,they said it would take up to 12 business days,well it’s been 15 business days & they still haven’t returned MY money.!! So they basically stole my money..will be filing a complaint with BBB..and have my bank do whatever they can do to get MY money back..Please,Never pay with a bank card where they can steal your money.

Does any body know if there someone else that should come with it.i assumed there should have been some kind of booklets.

I did not recieve the full product as the charger was not in the case, I was asked to send a picture, which I did!
The customer services is just a bot and obviously does not understand how to reply or sort problems out.

I have been waiting over a month now and am getting very frusted with this company as I cannot use the item that I paid for, which was a lot of money. so now I believe this company is a fraud.

It took me a while to decide to buy, with me thinking post menopause that part of my life was over, especially being single for a long time. How wrong I was and what a fantastic way to prove to yourself, there's life in the old dog yet. Within 5 mins of being charged and ready to go wow oh wow. I would highly recommend, everything they promised in the marketing proved to be true. HUGE THANKS

I ordered 2 by mistake. Not good for me. I sent both back and have my receipt from sending. I have not received my refund or any word. Been waiting months.

I’ve sent 2 emails & 2 messages on Messenger via the FB page & still no response. Due to severe arthritis in my hands I can’t use the device& need to return it in its unused condition but I’m being totally ignore. Now that SUCKS!!!!!!

DONT recommend buying it. They are ripping everyone off. It was okay for a couple of session, but falsely advertised , it stopped charging after 3sessions. I contacted them and they asked me to send back a video of how I’m charging and to reset the 3 buttons. WTF 🤬 then ghosted me via email. SCAMMERS
