Michelle N has been brilliant at responding so quickly to a leak at one of our properties. Within 30 minutes of emailing her she had arranged for a roofer to go out the same day and try to fix it- such promptness is much appreciated, thanks Michelle
Saxons have demonstrated a very strong management and support team within the company. Jeff and Nick offer a wealth of experience and professional advice when we have called upon them.
We have experienced legal challenges within our homes and boundary areas which our legal position has been very well guided meticulously by the team.
Other notable team members assisting our everyday requirements are Michelle N and Michelle S. They both seem to have a crisp approach to managing and resolving ongoing tasks on our behalf, quickly and effectively.
When any type of renewals are due, they research and then offer the best deal for the residents but also listen and assess our suggestions that we may offer.
Our working relationship with Saxons is based on good communication and professional legal guidance at all times.
Professional and customer focused and driven management team and staff, providing knowledge and experience to the role, both onsite and back office administration.
Continuing to grow and develop.
Fantastic quick service by Michelle Taylor (Shay) enabling me to complete a sale of property after two solicitors came up against a brick wall and could not get to an exchange but Michelle came to the rescue and sorted in record time and with no problem. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she would not and did not give up until she completed the task a massive achievement for me.
Cannot thank her enough for her efforts and think she would be an asset to anybody whilst buying or selling property.
Thanks again Michelle brilliant work.
Jeff and his team are reliable, respectful. Knowledgeable and experienced with all property matters.
We have used them for many a year because of the foregoing coupled with their ‘ CAN do ‘ attitude and no nonsense approach. They are keen to resolve issues without sacrificing value for money.
We believe them to be both a safe snd honest choice in all areas of block management
