Scale Model Scenery Ltd Opiniões

I’m
A Tt120 railway modeller.. I’ve managed to get some really good stuff from them. Would recommend

Great range of products at reasonable prices and great customer service

Exceptionall service as always and quick delivery

Nothing short of what you ask for, efficiently and politely. Thanks guys.

Price's have increased somewhat since my last purchase of LX006-00 which was £2 cheaper last time I bought, that was in the last year or so.. packaging of the products was not good in my opinion where as before I used to get my orders in a fairly sturdy box to protect the goods this time was an envelope with a piece of card it with do not bend on the front... Package did not arrive in the best condition but luckily no damage to the products inside.... All in all I would say as with many other businesses quality of services and finishing touches has gone down hill.

I'd previously bought some of their products at various model railway shows, but this was my first experience of buying direct from their website.
Very pleased with the service and speed of delivery and of course the quality of the product is excellent. A nice little discount as well for multiple purchases. Will have no hesitation in buying direct from them again and would definitely recommend their products and service.

The web site is well laid out and easy to navigate, so it is easy to find the correct items. Once the order is placed the team efficiently pack and dispatch the items and provide estimated times of delivery, which they allways manage to meet. Over the past couple of months I have had a questions about various modelling techniques ( don't know why but they allways seem to come on a Sunday) The contact page for Scale Model Scenery is well thought out and easy to use. The amazing thing is that in both instances I recieved replies from Justin on the same day (Sunday!!) That is excellent customer service.

Very prompt service including dealing with a missing item and sending that on separately.

Ordered Saturday on-line, arrived on Tuesday.Excellent service,as usual.

Excellent service, product ordered on the Friday and delivered next day, super communication throughout the process.

Always a good experience when dealing with these guys, recently purchased a pack of weathering paints as seen on the recent live YouTube video which are really useful and well worth watching..the paints are great too.
Product range of lazer cut kits are fantastic..I have a few..fun to build and super detailed but I need more as modelling season approaches!

Item delivered on time in good transit syate. Commuications good. Will definitely use again.

Excellent quality kits . Clear concise illustrated instructions .A pleasure to build using the recommended adhesives. Great product and customer service. Thoroughly recommended.

I immensely enjoyed creating my ‘Polsue Barns’ kit. The instructions were very informative, except for some typing errors.
Thank you very much for your swift despatching time!

The n guage printed weathered wall kits are very good, a pleasure to put together, my dad uses O guage walls which he recommended me to use scale model scenery.

I found this company superb to deal with. A website easy to navigate, products well engineered and a first class postal service. Would not hesitate to order other items in the future. Well done Justin, Tina and the team of Cornish Elves.

As a new customer of this company, I have been favourably impressed by the range available and the prompt, helpful replies to my enquiries. I have ordered twice now and on both occasions the orders were turned round quickly and delivered by Royal Mail tracked service (far superior to any courier). Videos and newsletters make for an enjoyable experience.

Quick delivery and good quality

Quality and precision made products keep me coming back. That and competitive prices and fast dispatch times.
Many thanks to Justin and the team at SMS
