Good place to go for curved platform walls

Building a British outline model railroad in the Unites States can at time be challenging when looking for appropriate supplies. But Scale Model Scenery comes through with excellent products and service. I ordered cosmetic fishplates, weathered roof slates, and stone wall texture paper. All are very fine products and will help my project immensely. I was particularly impressed with the realism of the stone wall. Scale Model Scenery's service is great, with prompt shipping.

Extremely prompt, efficient service. Brilliantly range of products all at sensible prices.

A well established company in model railway industry. Good expanding product line.

Great service excellent product

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I am relatively new to the hobby and have recently purchased three kits, albeit through a third party retailer. Kits were excellent but I had a build query, which I couldn’t resolve, inasmuch as I thought an item was missing. Several emails to the supplier asking for, and being promised, an answer led to zero. Finally I decided to take the direct approach. My phone call was answered by a very understanding lady who promised to get Justin to ring me when available. Being slightly jaundiced by my previous experience I expected to wait days. Not in the least. 20 minutes later my phone rang and all my queries, and others, were answered clearly, politely and with the offer of additional parts (which were declined but appreciated). Well done. My next order is on its way direct and NOT via a retailer.

Excellent products and fast delivery - brilliant

Excellent product. Always great service.

Back to model railways after 45 years break, although been building boats instead. Scratch building but found details hard to make at this scale so bought some windows & doors & was very impressed with the quality. Since been back to buy slates & quoins, which are equally good. Also now following them on socials now, they obviously have a passion for what they do. & have become my go to place for building accessorieswith many more orders to come.

As always excellent service and communications. 10/10

I have become a regular customer of SMS for a variety of model railway components. My experiences are overwhelmingly positive. The products are superbly designed and made, and delivered very promptly. My latest purchase was N Scale GWR canopy valancing, a typical item which, although small, creates the realism sought by serious scale modellers. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - great range of material all arrived on time.

Bought the new Bonfire kit, glue and glue tips after I watched Justin build this on the Web Cam. Easy to find the things I wanted and place the order. Right level of comms throughout the process to help understand where the order was. Arrived within 3 days (which is pretty good for Royal Mail)! The items were well packaged and the icing on the cake was a “Thank you” personally written on the despatch notes :-)

I am new to modeling. At age 74 it has given me a new outlook and to find such small details at really good prices and the joy of opening my post from such a deliteful firm and staff. A big thank you.

As always a top quality service and high quality products that are delivered in the time frame indicated. Always exciting to receive the order!

Brilliant products and a great company
