I've shopped computer stuff at Scan 20-30 times both online and in the Birkirkara shop. Always satisfied, they have a good range of products and can also order from abroad if you want other products. Fast & reliable home deliveries.

Such a disgrace - there is no real help to get after you bought their product

These people are all smiles when it comes to sell a laptop and boast about their 2 year warranty but after the laptop hinge breaks through normal use (and certainly no rough damage from my part) they Immediately distance themselves from arranging it for free even though the warranty period is nowhere near its end. This happened with my laptop and my dad's and were charged 210 euro for a fix for mine with my dad's bill yet to come. Total disgrace and I will never approach their shop again.

Keeping phones listed on their website but lo and behold everything is Out of Stock. Only option is to place an order, leave a deposit and you're put on a waiting list without even knowing if it will take a few weeks or months

I bought a Laptop stand of worth value of €22.50. Unfortunately, once at home, I realized that was not fitting properly with the height size. So I decided to bring it back for refund or at least a voucher or same prize, nothing! The cash operator did not help at all and seemed like I was wasting her time. I will never raccomend this shop to anyone, they really don’t know how to treat customers.
